Food was OK if they didn't mix up my whole family's ingredients, took all the spicy meet out of my wife's and put it in my 8 year Olds...ask them three times to fix it as they where cooking it. And where told to pick the meat from my daughters plate! Then when we said no you need to fix it they treated us as being unreasonable. This made the food suck. Of course because non of us got what we ordered.
the person who attended us at the beginning was very bad I asked if they had gloves he said no they didn't give them anymore and he didn't want to give me or napkins he just gave me my plate then after about 5 minutes of waiting in line I was grabbing my food and I had meat and 5 pieces of broccoli and that's it I didn't want rice or spaghetti and then a rude lady came out telling me that I couldn't take any more and that she would never come back that she wouldn't attend to me and she took the dishes from my hand and she didn't want to give me the money back place is known for bad treatment of employees and bad service I will never return and I will make sure that not even my family returns to this place where the people who were cooking mistreat you badly the sticks fell on the floor and I picked them up and continued to use as if nothing bad service you can get sick from this food that is not good
I have come to this place a few times but never have I had to deal with the reverse racism that I had to deal with today. Just because I am white it does not make it ok for any of the employees to talk to me like trash. Especially when I am being nice and polite. When your coworker has to apologize for your behavior 3 times, that should be your wake up call.
Can't pass on Mongolian Grill when I go to Burbank mall. I don't know if I go to the mall to eat Mongolian grill or eat Mongolian grill when I go to the mall. I love how you can customize your bowl to your taste - an experience you can't have anywhere else.I know the line some times seem too long but it's totally worth the wait. You can enjoy watching your food is made right in front of you, how cool is that?If you ever do go to the Burbank mall just trust me and try this place out!
This is the perfect food for me. I love being spontaneous and living in the moment and this food scratches that itch. I get to pick and choose how much I want to eat of whatever's in front of me and also watch it be cooked on a super hot grill! The cooks are amazing. Not one bowl will be the same :) And they're all delicious. AND it packs a punch for the price! You can really fill your belly here.This place has character, and I will always come back because I love them.
Excellent food. They have fresh vegetables and wide selection of sauce for your taste. Considering the quality, the price is very reasonable. One of my favorite stop by when I visit the Burbank Mall.
This food is the worst I have ever tasted in my whole life, the girl who attended me is super bad and she also sewed me and also she throws a lot of water on the food, she does not cook the meats and vegetables well, she only grills it and takes it out this Food does not deserve to be part of the mall for its pecum food also the mask has to be put on well she brought it in the middle of her voice and while she was cooking she was holding her phone and it was disrespectful that she was cooking and is touching her cell phone I asked to speak with him manager and he told me that I could not speak with him and in addition I asked for more jewel sauce and more hot sauce and he did not want to give me more, he only gave me a soy sauce and a spicy sauce
