We walked in this cake shop by accident. The girl in the shop was helpful and friendly. There are a large variety of pastries and cakes look beautiful.Both my friend and I vote for the original Napoleon as the best! My friend like the white “fluffy” cake. I also like the almond layered one.The prices are great, which makes it deserve five stars indeed.
Just a horrible place with worst costumer service ever. Rude manager/owner and workers.They ruined our cake, never apologised or solve the problem.I am sorry that this kind of business still exists.

I went to Masis bakery this morning in burbank to buy and order your products for my son's birthday. Unfortunately, not able to order because the service was very bad or maybe because I'm not an Armenian.
Prices are great, pastries taste really fresh and delicious!
Love the barbari at this bake shop; just wish they baked it twice at convenient times in the morning & afternoon so I can buy 'em hot, fresh off the oven. Their beef pirozhki are good too.

Came in here because I was tired of having my South American pastries, I was never greeted, The girl that was working there never said hi to me she just straight asked me what do I want. At the Register she had the biggest attitude never said thank youNone of that, humans work hard and we come to your business to be served correctly. all I’m saying is please have a better attitude have a better customer service . It sucks because your pastries are delicious
