We were shopping locally and were craving sushi, so we decided to come here. The restaurant itself is really nice and they have a big selection of foods. Service was great. I would recommend getting the shishito peppers, mixed tempura and garlic green beans. We were very excited for the sushi, but that was a let down. The sushi did not taste fresh at all, the rice was hard and stale, and the shrimp tempura wasn’t crunchy at all. I’m not sure if the Ramen is good, but I wouldn’t recommend this place if you want high quality, tasty sushi. It was just tasted old and stale.

This was a place we used to visit a couple times when we were in Burbank, and this trip was no exception. The difference now is their interior redesign and it’s absolutely incredible! The food is still delicious and what we remembered, but the inside is so well themed and adds to your ramen experience. Can’t wait to come again!

Sushi , ramen place in Burbank. Flavors are good, prices reasonable. Efficient service, pick up available. This is your spot if you want to avoid driving all the way to Japantown LA and to satisfy your ramen sushi fix,

My girlfriend and I wanted some Japanese food so we decided to check out this place.+ Environment and vibe was down to earth and calm. Restaurant was clean.+ Food was delicious and the presentation of the food was excellent.+ Service was fantastic. The young lady who waited on us made us feel comfortable and happy. We definitely will be going back to Kopan in the near future.

Favorite ramen place in Burbank! The slow boiled, creamy, rich pork bone broth of their Tonkotsu makes all the difference! They also offer other types of ramen, plus a wide selection of sushi, rolls, bento boxes and various delicious Japanese appetizers. Really delicious, quality fare! We miss the Korean tofu bowls they used to offer though. And we wish they still provided a "large" order of ramen like before, since now it's only one size (and one small bowl of ramen that good is not enough!) They remodeled their main dining area to look like a traditional Japanese village, and to accomodate their new sushi bar. It looks very cool! Makes it even more fun to dine there. However, unless they open up their auxiliary dining area, you may have to wait a bit if you are a big group, because their main dining area has limited large group space, mostly occupied by 4 person booths and tables. They have a small parking lot directly behind their building, but there are several public parking structures and street parking all over this part of downtown Burbank. Highly recommended if you are craving a warm, hearty bowl of authentic ramen!

Okay this was the first time to this restaurant. It was very good and the food was great and reasonably priced. Service was outstanding. The decor is very interesting especially the full moon back-lit image! Very cool!

We visited this past Sunday. I was with a party of 7. The restaurant is very clean even the bathrooms. I believe this restaurant is basically a sushi restaurant. Everyone in my group love sushi I chose a different food because I don't eat sushi. I believe it's a good place to go if you eat sushi everyone in our group demolished the food quickly. If you don't eat sushi it might not be a good option. Excellent and over the top service. Thanks to the Latino young man who was superintendent of checking to see if we're okay as he waited patiently as all seven people strolled in one by one, who traveled far. Thanks also too Tae. Very professional & friendly.

Food was great but I learned that at one point they had over the max down from C19 and did not appear to test or assist their staff. My favorite server was even laid off because he was out of town and could not get back to fill a shift of a C19 staff member that was out sick..The servers and chefs are wonderful and the food is great.

The last 2 times I came here, it hurt my stomach a little afterwards. The 3rd time I came here, I tried the black garlic ramen, & it was delicious!! Way better than the last 2 ramen dishes I had tried. This time I had also tried the takoyaki - it wasn't bad, but also wasn't great. It mainly tasted doughy & bland, most of the flavor came from the bit of sauce on top. I think it would've tasted better if it was regular calamari with the same toppings.

Large order for my family was missing a ramen. Was for pick up and they seal the bag so you can't check the order to see if everything's there. They always say its correct but never is. Also said it would take 40 minutes but took 1 and a half hours for it to still be wrong.
