Tasty drinks and fast/friendly staff. My go to for boba drinks. Only thing to make it better was a rewards club or something. Like buy a certain number of drinks, get one free. Great location to get one before a movie at the AMC. Much better than buying popcorn. Staff is helpful and doesnt mind answering questions. Drinks don't take extended times. Selection is great, types of drinks, flavors, etc. Taro and Mango matcha are my faves.
It’s hilarious how horrible this location is. I live down the street, so I tend to come often and every time I try to give them the benefit of the doubt and think it’ll be better the next time. But this time naw.. i’m convinced they’re truly bad at doing their job. I won’t go into much detail, but the smoothies were soupy. They forgot boba so they opened the old drink and dumped it in the cup with boba (not the problem) the problem is by doing so they literally sealed the cup back and with so much of the drink portion missing. There was at least a one inch gap between the drink and the top of the cup. That’s sad.
Would put zero stars if possible. Worse boba time I ever been to , disgusting banana smoothie at first I thought I mistaking my got a shake but they said no that's a smoothie. I said I just got some in Hollywood and it was yellow and not like this, not to mention they let my order sit and announce multiple orders after me while I was sitting right in front. The boba was incredibly soggy and melted. It was truly worse experience in any beverage I ever had . They never called my number and even when I they remade it it was soggy and melted as if they been sitting outside in the heat they aren't keeping them in the right temperature or something but they're gooey and gross . The staff member insisted that this was the smoothie and that they "change the powder every month" . I asked to speak to a manager and he said he's the manager which makes it even worse, you guys need to reevaluate who you have on your team.
Order your drinks and then watch 20 people who ordered online get theirs first. I ordered 2 simple drinks and was in there for like 20 mins just standing in a loud crowded room ??????

Fast and friendly, and what a great menu. The location is good with ample parking, but there is no indoor or outdoor seating available. This is strictly to go.
I have had the Thai milk tea and mango milk tea at 50% sweetness level. Both had pretty good flavor! The bobas were a little bit hard one of the times but overall a decent spot for bubble tea - lots of options.
Good prices and selection of drinks. Nice costumer service.
Came by for some Boba in SoCal...surprised that it was opened so early ?...we got the strawberry smoothie, mango smoothie, honeydew smoothie & a milk tea...the smoothies tasted like it was powdered...didn't asked, I may be wrong??...ordered online and picked up...would I go back? Depends no other places are opened...
