Just like any other ihop, the parking was okay but in this side of california, the hills were just atrocious to drive around to. Patience is what you need here.
Brunch at this IHOP in Burbank is always great. Good food, friendly staff and joined the rest of the diners sing a birthday song for a child.
Ordered online. Estimated pick up was 8:25. I got there at 8:27 and was told it wasn't ready yet. I ordered 3 pancakes and a chocolate shake. I waited 20 minutes. Apparently my food was just sitting there. The shake they gave me was vanilla, not chocolate. Never coming back to this specific ihop

This is one of my favorite restaurants in the area (Burbank). We always go specially on the Holidays. We went on Halloween night to eat with my family. We waited an hour in a half to get a table. After we were seated. Took an hour to get our food. They had people waiting but empty tables. After getting our food, we wanted food to take home. We could not order anymore, the waiter told us …… the cook is going home you can not order anymore. It was very frustrating. Lots of people were upset complaining to the manager. The manager seemed just to be there standing doing nothing. The ones who took all the complains are the servers and the cook. They were running trying to help everyone. Someone needs to prepared/trained the manager, so she/he can be prepared when they have a lot of costumers. Very disappointed.
Coffee was really good. Smaller portions, eggs were too rubbery, and condiments and hot sauces not available until asked for. The food was cold by the time condiments arrived.
That waitress was the worst I've ever had in my 53 years on earth. I wasn't the only one dissatisfied. Every customer got free dessert. At that rate they'll go broke?????
