Such a gem in downtown burbanks. The food is very filling and tasty with great variety and the staff is really friendly. I got a bowl, with falafel and steak mix on cuscus and mixed greens and i think the crunchy chickpeas took it to the next level. The lemonades were really refreshing too. I highly suggest this place and wish there was one closer to me
Delicious and large portions. I should have just split one wrap with my daughter. She got a pita and I got the wrap. It was a flavor explosion. So many great things to put on the wrap. I had the mushroom shawarma. I think I could go vegetarian after eating that.
This place! So glad I randomly picked it for lunch with friends. It's so GOOD! It's a chipotle style service where you pick the ingredients you want in your bowl/wrap/pita as you go along. Everything we had was super tasty. Most things there are super healthy and vegetarian/vegan friendly. The very friendly owner was there as well and came to check on our table. I will definitely be back and can't recommend this place enough!
It's good, but I wouldn't say it's great. It's a delicious meal whether you go with the wrap or the salad you should be good. They have a staple of meat with some vegetarian options including a mushroom alternative which is pretty delicious.
For a fast-casual Mediterranean spot, the food here is so much better than you’d expect! The bowls are generously portioned and taste great, plus I love their lemonade selection.

By far too 3 place I have ever eaten at on a trip, the employees were extremely kind, and didn’t hesitate with their portions. It also had a great atmosphere and you can clearly tell the fresh quality of all the food, they even gave us falafels straight from the oil. 11/10
First time here and will definitely be returning. Mainly writing this review for the outstanding service. The owner was beyond helpful and friendly, making sure everything was to my liking several times.The flavors were delicious and there were plenty of vegetarian options. Thank you!
Very clean and the employees were so sweet. You get a large portion when you order a bowl, it’s enough to split between two people/ have leftovers for another meal. I would definitely come back!
I’m so glad we found this restaurant! We are big fans of Cava so when we stumbled across Hummus Republic we were beyond excited. The owner is very friendly and gave us HUGE portions. The food was very flavorful, ingredients were fresh and the price was so reasonable. We will be regulars for sure. ?
