It's quality pub fare served under the guise of fast food. For a little more than a combo burger meal at McDonald's, you can get at Hook Burger fresh, perfectly cooked patties with a assortment of fresh ingredients encased in a soft, tasty brioche bun. They claim to have conscientiously procured meats and vegetables in their food, and it's apparent in how it tastes. Nothing "fast food" about that California Burger I just had! I only say fast food because the food comes out quick. Burgers, salads...pretty much their whole menu is top notch. Even their ranch sauce is awesome. Likewise their selection of drinks, from their beers and wines, to milkshakes, floats and homemade rootbeer. We were delighted to find out we can substitite tuna instead of chicken in their Caesar salad. They do have a bar at this branch, plus a good-sized dining area, a covered outdoor dining patio, and lots more outdoor seating in the front. The staff is always courteous and helpful, as they bring your order to your table and always ask if you need anything when they pass by. Parking is usually abundant this side of Empire Center, and though there are lots of food places to choose from around the shopping complex, we usually end up at Hook Burger when we want a quick, fresh, and delicious lunch.

Discovered this little place. Great service and friendly staff. The food was delicious!
We tried the crispy chicken sandwich & the hickory BBQ burger. The sandwich’s were both pretty good but they both had too much bread for our liking. They featured a brioche roll on the chicken sandwich & it over powered the subtle coleslaw & chicken part of the sandwich. Had to ask for extra BBQ sauce for the burger too. The sweet potato fries were tasty (I didn’t like the sprinkle of brown sugar on them though & would ask not to have that added next time).
If you're a burger enthusiasts this place is delightfully tasty with only a few options on the menu so you're not lost in decision making. Although this location could use a little dusting of the wine bottles that are used as decor.
Service is good and quick. I got the Trio appetizer (onion rings, sweet potato fries, french fries), they were all fresh and crisp. Also got the mushroom burger, flavor were great but the mushrooms were cold. Would go back.
It was the best burger I've ever had. They make the burger very seriously and the food was 5 star hotel quality. I accidentally found this restaurant while I was driving and gave it a try. It was good decision to go to this restaurant and I highly recommend it.
The Hickory Burger ? is my favorite. If you are looking for a gourmet kind of burger this is the place. Try the French fries. Yummy!!! ?
