Every time I make it up to Burbank I always make sure to visit Hanks. Really delicious bagels and a wide variety of cream cheeses. Staff is very friendly. You can tell they really put passion at this establishment. 10/10 would recommend!
I read the reviews here and maybe I just went on a bad day but the bagels were tough as hell. I got six different ones and each one was very tough to eat or get a bite, everyone else in my order said the same. Giving two stars as employees seemed nice but the bagels sucked.
Listen. I struggled with what to get for lunch and gave up, and then I looked up to find I was parked in front of Hanks. It took me a few minutes to browse the menu (Everything looked good). I stumbled in unfortunately right at 1:59. Fortunately, they were all very nice and helpful and still took my order. The bagels were devoured before I could make it home. They were so great. It was my first visit. I definitely will be back again… before 2pm!

There’s something about a Hanks Bagel. We have the number one a few times a month from the Burbank location but today they were exceptionally good. When I picked up the order the gentleman (sorry I didn’t get his name) who handed over the bag was so pleasant it changed my mood. Thank you for the good food and the good vibe.
Was never a bagel fan and always needed to toast my bagels. But this place doesn't toast their bagels and yet they taste absolutely fantastic - soft with a great chew and flavorful.Everything bagel w/ jalapeno honey cream cheese w/ extra honey butter - delicious and would get again. Perfect amount of cream cheese too.Number #1 egg bagel was really good - the maple bacon was perfect and all the flavors went well together without anything overpowering.
Delicious bagels and bagel sandwiches! #1 is my favorite!! #5 was great! The coffee is really good quality as well. The sitting area on the back is perfect to chill and enjoy your order. Remember is only open until 2pm

I really loved the bagel! It has a nice chewy texture which I loved. On the other hand the cream cheese was just ok, it was a bit too thin for my preference! I do like Belle’s Bagels Scallion CC more, but Hank’s bagels are soooo perfectly chewy which I love.
