I'm a bit skeptical about giving Five Guys another chance. They're good, but customer service is lacking, especially at night. I waited for what seemed like 10-15 for just large fries. Finally when I received my order, it didn't include the extra scoop of fries 5 guys is known for giving their customers, because it's included in the price. When I asked the young lady that prepped my order where my "extra" fries were, she replied she had included them already. There were like 2 additional fries in the bag with a bunch of napkins. Luckily, she asked if I wanted more, so I replied yes. I was not impressed with the quantity she gave me, plus it was loaded with an inedible amount of seasoning. I decided to leave and not ask for a Manager because it was late. I wrote a complaint online, was called two days later by the Assistant Manager. He left a message letting me know they were going to make it right. Long story short, I have the option of coming back to get my fries made and served correctly. I appreciate both the Assistant Manager, as well as the General Manager whom I spoke to the next day for trying to resolve this issue. Hence the 4 stars. 5 Guys is expensive, compared to other "fast food" burger options out there. So you expect better quality and service. That's all I'm saying.
Yummy burgers and fries. Real meatAnd potatoes. Simple. Gorgeous. You no longer have to wonder what they all do behind the rusty oily kitchens. It’s an open-view kitchen where you can see how they make your meal while you serve your own drink from the touch less machine
Food here is good, but I called ahead and placed an order for pickup and they didn't start making it until I showed up and paid. I was in a hurry and it kinda defeated the purpose of calling.Update: called ahead a pick up order, guy said ready in 8 mins. Showed up and waited another 20mins.
Waaaay over priced for a fast food joint. I could get a better burger for much less at In n’ Out. I paid $40 for 2 burgers and fries with drinks. It’s better than most fast food, but not that much better. Comon! Pshh.
Quick, and super polite cashier.
Way Overpriced!!!!! $20 for a double burger, little fries, and drink ??? I will not be coming back... I'm sticking with In-n-out!!!
This place is bad. I don’t understand all the hype behind it , in n out is a million times better. The burger I got was bad, I don’t understand why the cook would even give that to a customer. The burger patty was literally in pieces, like if they just grabbed a handful of ground beef and threw it on the grill, it looked nothing like a pattyAnd to top it off, the price, 7 bucks for a cheese burger, in can get two double doubles for that price
Hamburger was delicious very juicy & fresh. There fries Yumm.
They take too long. I'm on my 45m lunch break & I've been waiting for 15m for my meal.
Best burger in town.
