Every time I have asked sandwich on everything bagel they have given me on a plain bagel. If u can’t afford it in a sandwich then charge extra but do not try to fool a customer.
Dunkin' is great for getting a quick little pick me up plus I'm obsessed with the pink powdered doughnuts, the coffee could be better but overall it's okay :)
This Dunkin Donuts is one of my favorite locations. They are always super busy but manage to get customers drinks done quickly. Thank you!
I/we love the coffee. I did a movie and they supplied a lot of product placement. I got several pounds of coffee when the movie was over we've been buying it ever since we ran out of the free stuff.
I have been coming to this location ordering through the app almost everyday for two years (I know). I ordered through the app this morning and when I got here was told that the kitchen was undergoing maintenance and that there was nothing they could do to refund me. They just straight up robbed me of 5 dollars. I’m so utterly confused. I will never be coming here again, after again, spending money here almost every day for the last two years.
This Dunkin’ is by far the worst one I’ve been too they have the most rudest employees everytime I go it’s the same thing and you ask them for something politely and they just throw it at you literally it’s really sad actually because I love dunkin but they need to get there employees on check
The donuts are not bad but the drink u ordered once was literally removed like come one it was the best drink ever but for some reason they removed it
Bad customer service. Used to buy 80 to 100 dollars of coffee and donuts once a week for nurses and staff in this place. Too many mistakes on orders, would give the wrong coffee all the time. Attitude from the manager was just horrible. Even though she would see me buying more than twice a week the managers attitude was horrible. One time I was given the wrong coffee and asked for the correct one. I had drank from the wrong coffee and said that I could pay for the correct coffee. The worker said, Don't worry will give you another one. When I put the wrong coffee on the table the manager came and threw away the coffee and walked away. I was left speechless. After that I am never coming back to this place.
Coffee is decent. Food always has a microwave taste to it. Not great but you keep getting hoping it will be better this time. Never really is...
Faster than Starbucks but you have to time it right. After 7:15am you risk being late for work.
