The weather’s kinda hot so I decided to buy a nice cold chocolate shake from Cold stone creamery, it was pretty good. Service was friendly and professional.

I don’t know if the workers were just having a bad day but it was a very bad day. The workers were rolling their eyes when a customer was trying to decide what they wanted and then when they did decide, the employee made the absolute worst cold stone creation I have ever witnessed. It was not mixed at all. Customer service skills on the employee end needs to be looked at big time or business will decrease tremendously, I guarantee it. People are not blind, we do business with people they like, and these young ladies last night were not likable.
Wasn't a fan. Besides the fact that this is the most expensive cold stone I've ever been to.... It's terrible they only one employee can help the same group of people. Three groups of people behind us got served first because of this. Not cool
Strawberry yellow cake ice cream was good. But, 1 single scoop in a cup sets you back $7.50. That's too pricey, just like everything else in this town. I recommend you trying the French patisserie shop's high quality desserts on the corner of San Fernando and Olive instead. You will love it.

Tried to walk in 10 minutes before closing and was turned away. Total of 8 customers and you turned us all away. Great job guys!!! Don't worry the ice cream shop across the way stayed open for all of us. Definitely not returning to this location.

Small place yet the taste is the same as any Cold Stone. Great flavors and always a great service!
This is my favorite ice cream place. It's got the usual flavors plus some very unique and tasty ones. Its definitely worth checking out if your in the area.
