Do not I repeat do not book a party at this location . We booked the biggest bday package they had for kids for my daughters birthday party on a Thursday . The location was not busy at all so that was not an issue . My issues were we were never called to be notified that a lot of the things that were in the package purchased were not available . The balloons they said were banned in Burbank . But we could have brought our own if we had been notified previously . The souvenir cups were not available . And although there is a production issue and they haven't had them nor do they know if they will get them back . They gave vouchers to get them on the next trip . We were also not provided " the new birthday hats" mentioned in the package. We added 4 children day of the party after receiving all the current kids and adults food . That should have included 2 pieces of pizza per child . That was never brought out . Day of event they comped the missing balloons with a voucher for 1000 tickets which we did not use because most of their prizes are chocking hazards or short lived . They were also pressuring us to give them good reviews during our party . We saw a family come in with tons of balloons and my daughters aunt asked how if they were supposedly banned in Burbank which they had no response to . After the party is when we realized the hats and additional pizza were not provided . We reached out this morning to speak to the store regarding these issues . Spoke to Matt who was incredibly rude and said the 1000 comp tickets were for the missing item . I was then transferred to Brianna the manager who was as rude as Matt . She claimed that the pizza for the original kids was enough for the 4 additional we added after so they didn't have to give us more food . Mind you these pizzas were served and cold by the time the 4 additional kids were added . And if they hadn't been added we would have had the same amount of pizza . Yet they charged me for the full packet per child . I was then told to call customer service regarding my issues .So beware ! They will knowingly charge you for things they haven't had for awhile . But will give you 1000 tickets and tell you that's the replacement of your missing items . We paid for 16 children and their parents . .....
These employees here literally hate working here. Always attitude-ish and very obvious they dislike children. Ppl that work in enviornments where children are present should probably like doing so.1. Clean2. Kids had fun with games3. Good pizza
The worst location I have ever been to! The food was dry and not good at all! I ordered buffalo wings and there was barely any sauce on it. The pizza was dry! And most of the games were not working. And the workers look miserable

Look, It's a Chuck E Cheese. So going in your expectations should be set appropriately. The food was as passable, the games ok, and the staff nice. Could you hear the animatronic Chuck E Cheese sing? Nope. Can you understand how to gage how much in credits you need for the visit? Nope (but, thinking that is the point). But did Chuck E Cheese emerge from his hole every 30 minutes as promised? Yup. Were the spills and messes clean up quickly? Yup. Was the staff enthusiastic (as could be)? Sure. Did my kids have fun? Seems like it. So all in all an ok experience. But would say I would never go on a weekend for a birthday party ... Its too much chaos and likely multiple parties are happening at the same time with adds confusion when singing starts.
Had a nice time the game room is very nice a specious my son and daughter had a ball they even met Mister Chucky??

Location was clean.Service was not great. We tried to order a combo with appetizer sampler but was told they were out of a few appetizers. No big deal, it happens. So I asked if I could just get more of the ones they did have and was just told no. No apology, no solution. Had no choice but to get a less expensive combo. You'd think they'd want to save a bigger sale.Then the lady threw the number placard that everyone touches right onto one of the plates.
