Beautiful location I have to be honest. I had great experiences at this location, super friendly employees good food, but in this business you have to be consistent. A few employees (2 or 3) are there just because they need to work this few I can tell they don't like working with customers, also I understand that when you are busy sometimes you run out of ingredients and place could be a little messy BUT after your rush out there is no excuse sometimes while 1 or 2 are working trying to re stock others are just walking around. Management needs to step up and make sure team work is a must
Disappointed. After having a not so great experience a couple months ago, we decided to Order today Friday April 15th, and although the instructions were clear: extra rice, extra lettuce, extra cheese, for a steak bowl, it actually looked like they purposely put less of everything! Such a Disappointment. Won't be ordering from this location again! Added a pic of order/instructions, not too hard to follow! And it was super cold!
Don’t usually post this stuff but this place will give you the absolute minimum amount of food. After asking for double chicken the girl making my bowl said to her co-worker “man people really eat with their eyes” and started laughing.

Good Mexican food for a nice price. The portions are pretty generous. Nacho chips were delicious! The staff was nice and welcoming.
Food is fine. Helpful staff.The printing machine is broken if you asked for the receipt.
Are go to when we want something good and it a little bit of a hurry! They always take very good care of us.
I love the food but the body language of the people there is really low. I know things suck but the body language is terrible.
For some reason today's Chipotle trip was the best one I've ever had.
Waited 20 minutes in line just to order. When we get to the register and order chips, they only have large bags and are conversing in how to give me a small bag. It was such a production that I told them to just give me the large bag. I went to get drinks and they were out of Diet Coke. Then I couldn’t find forks. I went over and asked them for forks the girl looked at me and flatly stated “we are out of forks. “ I lost it! You can’t inform the customers of no forks while I waited 20 minutes. She then told me to “eat with a spoon. “. I am not a two year-year-old! I prefer to eat my salad with a fork. They were so rude when I said if they informed the customers ahead of time, I could have gone to another place to eat a meal Properly. She then proceeded to tell me to go across the street to get forks. Never again will I go to this Chipotle. Calling customer service tomorrow morning!
