I had a wonderful lunch with a friend at BJs today and it was mostly due to our awesome waitress, Esther. She was so genuinely nice, accommodating, attentive, knowledgeable and had an amazing personality. I wish she was my waitress at every restaurant I dine. The chicken wings were really good as well as the Caesar salad, but we were very disappointed they removed the potato skins off of the menu. We will definitely go back and hopefully Esther will be our waitress.

Gosh darn it- I LOVE BJ'S! ❤️ Their happy hour was perfect and the HH margaritas were scrumptious. Their small deep dish pizza's were also incredible- slightly doughy if anything. Their spinach artichoke dip ruled! I didn't care for the 7 dollar valet, but whatever. Tammi- you're awesome!
They accommodated us with a reservation for a special occasion. That was cool. We had a great server! The caesar salad could have been crisper I wish it had anchovies. The food was great, all in our party enjoyed their meals. Going back.
there is a dearth of workers everywhere, I get that.What I don't get is continuing to offer "curbside" service if you don't have enough staff to do so. And charging a tip up front for a service that, factually, isn't provided is a hair's breadth from fraud.The food is actually pretty good - as evidenced by the tastiness of the cold, soggy pizza I ended up walking inside to get.Sorry if I didn't make dress code, but I hadn't expected to come inside.
We had the best waiter anyone can have . The only bad thing is I cant remember his name. He was young maybe in his 20s white male with brownish blonde hair. He was very helpful, kept our drinks full and was very friendly and talkative. We sat in a booth near the corner of the bar. Food was really good and my wife really liked her strawberry mojito. Deffinetly coming back because ofcthe service. Hopefully we have him as our waiter.
Me and my boyfriend came to celebrate Valentine’s Day. Are food was horrible. I ordered a chicken Alfredo and it was so dry. After reading on the menu that it was “creamy”. My boyfriend ordered a hamburger very messy presentation. We also felt like the waitress was pressuring us to leave. Very disappointed. It was supposed to be a special night :(
Gloria gave superb service. She has too notch hospitality and did not mind to go over and beyond at our table. I truly appreciated the great food and lovely service we received from Gloria. We can't wait to come back and see her and have delicious hot food again.
Food was delicious. I went with my Mom, I got the Tri Tip & Shrimp scampi with white cheddar mashed potatoes. My Mom ordered the appetizers, guacamole rolls and root beer battered boneless chicken wings. We both ordered a root beer which is made in house but I eventually changed to orange creme soda which looks like any ordinary orange drink on the market today but tasted tastes awesome, like orange bangs. The waitress we had was kinda never there for service which led to many mistakes made at our table such as burned food, wrong order, bread ordered that never came but was charged and waiting for a refill a little longer than usual. Manager was notified and gave our meal for free as compensation for the bad service and asked us to come back which we will.
Normally I love this place, but tonight I ordered to go and one of my sides was broccoli. Below is a picture of the abysmal amount of broccoli I was given.Update: adding a second picture From another date, this time I ordered two sides of garlic roasted veggies. This is all I got (pictured with prime rib)Their response says to speak with them at the time of pick up, but you pick up a sealed bag so until you get all the way home you don’t realize what’s happened. Will be opening all take out orders at counter from now on.
