The food was decent but the service was terrible. My son and my order came out promptly but my moms order came out until I notified the server, and then it came total time 20 mins later. The problem supposedly was the printer was down. Doesn't make sense when 2/3 orders came out. By the time my moms food came my food was cold because I was waiting on her ramen to come. Asked the employee if a manager was around and was told no. Check came, carried on. We wont be coming back.
- updated 1/28/2022 - My son and his friends go here almost every weekend so when his birthday came around I called Yoshiharu to see if we could do a small party and reserve an area. They worked so hard with us to make this happen, holding the outdoor seating area for our group and providing really amazing service for us. It was such a pleasure to work with them and really experience what great hospitality should be. Of course the Ramen is fantastic, good enough to bring my son and his friends back there repeatedly. I cannot say enough good things about the service and the food here!
We decided to sit outside. They have an outdoor seating area available. Nice staff. Ramen was really good. Kid menu available:ñ that includes: ramen and dumplings?? Raspberry Macarons sorbet sandwich was delicious!
I got the chicken ramen and I wish there was more because it was so good!? I also got some Egg Rolls and they were crispy on the outside and warm/tasty on the inside! My friends also really enjoyed their ramen! We were seated almost immediately in their outdoor seating and I think I enjoyed my ramen even more because the ramen was warm. Very tasty
Stopped by for some New Year’s ramen - I got the Tonkotsu Black and it was really good, especially for the price!
Order pickup on Grubhub at 6:57App shows ready between 7:25 ~ 7:35Arrived at 7:20 since Grubhub always gives very late expect time.Server said need 5 more minutes.Come back at 7:30 and now they said they can’t make that bento (salmon steak bento)So what is he checking ten minutes earlier?They do provide a free meal for me, but I need to wait another 15 minutes.So waiting nearly 1 hour for a free meal?I won’t come back again
It was an amazing experience, we went for a birthday and the food was very good. Our server was Kameron(the tall white guy), and he was very kind and inviting. A great experience definitely would come again!
I believe there is a cook named Custo. At the time, I visited the restaurant, he was cooking. The food was absolutely great; 100% recommend. My friends, who had Andrew cooking, explain that he is a good cook, and they had a great experience!
Honestly, I've had Ramen in so many different parts of the world including Japan and this one is somehow still my favorite! Tonkotsu spicy miso ramen level 2 ?
I ordered the BAKED SALMON & SHRIMP TEMPURA ROLL sorry for the caps I was too lazy to type it out. Anyways, the picture speaks for itself. I was so disappointed they had me wait AN HOUR when I was originally told 20mins for my take out sushi.Look at it. Do you call THAT sushi(the pic is before I even ate anything-all I did was open the box)??? It looked horrible. The worst sushi i’ve ever bought in my life. Taste wise and look wise. I came back three times and they kept adding time saying it still wasn’t done and to make up for it in the end, they had offered me a free Japanese soda WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED! The staff seemed nice but this service was totally unacceptable. i’m never going here again.
