great customer service with a smile
I had the longest wait (15+ min) with only 2 cars ahead of me. I also got the wrong item. I usually don’t complain but it’s not cool.
Staff was pleasant and does a good job but there is always an order line and even picking up an app pre-order takes way too long.
Very bad drive thru service. Intercom was broken clearly, went up to window to order, guy says can't order here, I say intercom clearly wasn't working, he goes to check intercom, comes back and says 7 still can't order here. Like how hard is it to order from the drive thru window operator at the window? Sad that incompetence is rampant throughout our youth (he was prob 20something)
Went here for the new breakfast sandwiches I have a family of 5 we arrived I ordered eight 2 for my self 2 for my 16 year old twins boys an one for my wife an one for my daughter.. They said the limit was 5 I didn't make a big deal about it because I Raley spend money at Wendy's because they beef products give me a headache so now I not to go for breakfast either.... I don't recommend Wendy's if you have a family that eats more than 5 breakfast biscuit sandwiches lol...

The old short woman at the counter was rude. Made me repeat myself like 4-5 times for each item, was also hurrying me up to order. Her name tag was also upside down. For someone that has social and general anxiety, hurrying them up is not the best thing to especially when you are the problem. I was ordering well, not my fault she can’t hear, maybe she shouldn’t be in the counter.Called corporate and they didn’t answer, shows how much they care altogether. Will not be going to Wendy’s anymore, now I know why I stay away from Caucasian fast foods like Wendy’s
