Been coming to this location for years. They keep it nice and clean, the staff are friendly, and they rarely have made mistakes. The food doesn't disappoint and they have good options and variety.
Like their self service kiosk. My usual order of chat burger is as good as always. I also tried their newly added item : brussel srouts, love it. My friends ordered chicken club sandwich, she liked the balance of meat n veggie of it. Another friend ordered beacon charburger, it was delicious too. Unfortunately this location didn't provide any hot drinks e.g. coffee. Would be nice to have a hot drink in this cold n wet day
Great customer service, even at their busiest hour! Staff works hard to deliver food in a timely fashion, and their fresh teas are really good!
My favorite choice for a consistently tasty burger. I tried the patty melt this time. Well cooked and delicious, but a bit heavy on the butter (or butter-like substance).The people here are very friendly. I'll be back.
30 minutes to get my food. Would like to say it was the Kiosk, but she asked my name. If my name is on the screen, so is the order you failed to produce in a timely manner. Thankfully they take care of their mistakes on a corporate level. I'm happy to stay a loyal customer. ?
The burger and fries were good but me n my wife notice the ladies in the front yesturday handing out the food and getting them from the cookers aren’t wearing gloves and touching the food if your planning on touching food grabbing them should wear gloves

Conveniently located near Freeway 91 not as busy as other locations as located in the commercial area. online order was quick and easy to takeout at the time specified.

Your “manager” Jenny is not in compliance. Numerous altercations with her with me and other patrons regarding a free burger coupon. We were provided a coupon with no expiration date. She has refused numerous times. Looking at other posts, I’m not alone with this issue. She’s unprofessional and refuses to stay in compliance. Her lack of professionalism have deterred a significant number of patrons from this location. I went on ahead and paid for a burger….. at in and out where service and quality are paramount. I’m sure Jenny is an outlier and does not represent your organization. Jenny, however, is the reason I, along with other patrons, will never come back due to your poor selection of staff members.
