Place was nice n clean.it was almost empty though...unfortunately 2 diffrent servers and the hostess did not know the ingredients in the drinks we were attempting to order so they brought the bartender over. But it was a disappointment cause the drinks were really watered down ,and they were newer specialty drinks on the menu so they should have plenty of flavor.?
ATHENA! My girl Athena! I have never received such great service from a server as I had from her. She was honestly the sweetest and we laughed so hard the restaurant was wondering why we were having so much fun. Thank you for the Dr Pepper ? (inside joke, she’ll know who I am) I am a former server and very patient whenever I have a chance to go out. She was the sweetest and I felt she really enjoyed her job and the customers. @jesse no need to connect.We were seated right by the entrance to the right. Party of 4 kids and 4 adults. We were seated pretty quickly but it took over 1 hr to get our orders sent to us.We almost walked out. Our server came up to us with our bill before our food was out. Spent 30 bucks on some wings that had no meat on them and when I order garlic butter I would like to get some garlic and not just butter. It was like eating butter off bones. The rib plate my brother in law got was also nasty. The Salad my sister ordered was ok you get where I am going with the quality of food here along with the service. Then to top it off I had to pay 25 bucks to park to eat here. Probably will never go back here so no need to connect. Step it up man this place is trash.
What restaurant in the USA doesn't serve COFFEE??? And unfiltered tap water??? Gross. The chicken parm tasted funny but the pasta was good. Wings were meh, tasted like Dominos. We also ordered two salads that were fine, but it's really hard to mess up iceberg lettuce and dressing.Very disappointing. We have Knotts season passes but won't be coming back here again.
The bartender took my order, then ended up forgetting about my drink, and said he never I.D me when he did and even asked to put my mask down. The drink I ordered from him wasn’t even the right one, it was also very wattery. Joy wasn’t the best server either , she couldn’t figure out the problem with getting the drinks from the bar to the table, and even got one of our regular drinks wrong too and she said she wasnt sure about it
We came to eat here after going to Knotts Berry Farm not knowing they close 2 hours after we got there lol. We were seated quickly. Our server was nice but didn't see her to much. We had to grab the bus man and the runner to get things to our table. We ordered the sampler platter. When it came out it was really cold. We sent it back. I ordered the broccoli cheddar soup and the soup looked disgusting. Sect that back. Clam chowder was chalky but the French Onion Soup was really good. That was the only thing out of 5 things we ordered. I ordered the Double mojito something it was disgusting it tasted like lime juice. I did not send it back I chalked this visit up to never again.
We eat here every time we come to Knotts and every time service is awesone and food is delicious. Not sure what happend this last time. My son's fries tasted stale but when I received my fries, they tasted good. They brought out my daughters food and about 15 -20 minutes later they brought my sons food, we were a party of 5, but it took about another 15 minutes or so to receive the other 3 dinners. Service was ok not as friendly as usual.
Lost another big party of customers today.Just so the servers and bartenders know the host and managers are the reason you aren't making any money. Keep up the trash attitudes
Waited one hour to be seated then another hour for food that was terrible and the order was wrong. We spent almost a total of 3 1/2 hours here, when we told the manager he basically showed he could care less.
Service was very slow. Waitress seemed overworked but was very kind and did her best.
