Had the oddest and most unpleasant experience here, today......when I walked in, someone was ordering at the register. When he was done, he walked over to have his sandwich made, and I took some drinks and chips to the register, so that I could order next. The young lady working called out, asking if I was paying with a "preferred card." I explained that I did not know what she meant and was paying with a credit card. She then told me to order online, which I thought was odd, because I was in the store. I mentioned that I had tried ordering online, but it was not working. The guy who had just ordered then made a rude remark and referred to me as a "karen". The young lady said nothing. So, I stayed where I was and tried to do the order online. The other customer made a second "karen" remark, and rhe young lady helped two other customers who came into the store. A second associate came out and took my order, and I mentioned that this experience had made me feel uncomfortable and that I had never received such weird treatment at this location. Did I wake up in a parallel, evil universe where ordering sandwiches in person is frowned upon? Have we universally shifted our business paradigms to better accommodate customers who call other customers names? If so, I would like to go back to the Subway in my own universe.
Franchisee does a 3rd party catering business called easy cater and it interfered with my order. He pockets the money without giving it back to the franchise. He also makes the employee put less meat and veggies for catering orders. DO NOT ORDER CATERING FROM HERE THEY WILL SCAM YOU I USE TO WORK HERE, WE GIVE YOU LESS.
I usually go to the subway for my subs. Usually there is a kind respectful girl helping me. But on September 14th, I was "helped" by a very rude and disrespectful girl. I believe her name is Joclyn , I literally felt discriminated against. She was nice to everyone else but me. Everything I asked for seemed to be a burden for her. She was bothered by every request, from toasting from not placing knife on bare counter, she dropped a pickle on bare counter and put it back on my sandwich I asked her to throw it away , especially with the pandemic , that is not a safe thing to do. But it upset her that I asked her to remove that pickle. She is being paid to be there and do what she is doing. We are paying customers, her behavior was completely unacceptable and unnecessary.I am a muslim American and wear a hijab. I truly believe that was the only reason she treated me the way she did. I was nice , polite. just asking for my usual order, I have come to this location many times before and had another girl helping me with my order, and she was the best. This girl was just hateful towards me. And my 2 little girls were with me and also noticed her mistreating me and got so upset
Subway shreds! Epic grinds for an OK deal, right? I'm talking 4 stars across the board, usually. Well,I had my beak bent by our Community College dropout Sandwich Technician...I lost track on how many times she rolled her eyes at my requests. Isn't that the whole reason we have a counterperson and not a vending machine for subs? Hey,there's other places I can "Have it your way". U Noe?
This place is very good. Employee named Daniel served me. Treated me with respect and kindness.
I went in with my coupon like the one i get from text messages that time out and this subway said they don't work uber only door dash. How lame is this, it's the same type of coupon I get from subway directly. Not great customer service here at this subway!
Good customer service, good food.
I'm on a gluten-free diet these Jokers managed to tear the wrap to shreds and then the one they had left he set it on the counter for cross-contamination good job I walked out the door thanks a lot Subway you need to teach your employees about cross-contamination this one was embarrassing
Awesome friendly staff, fast and helpful.
Did NOT eat there
