Went for coffee one morning got it 10 minutes later the bottom falls right off and hot coffee landed on me everywhere...2 days later go back to same subway and got coffee asked if I could have double cup because of last one falling apart she said no asked of I could buy the cup to put under it she said no I asked why she said take my business elsewhere...never again
Staff is very rude. Not changing gloves in between sandwiches. I wasn't even acknowledged. It seems these two ladies have a lot of complaints about them already. And my order was WRONG. Will not be going back.
The sandwich was fine enough, but God d*mn did the drinks suck. I got the sweet tea and it just tasted like water. Almost through up when I drank it.
The 2 female employees are so unprofessional...they are rude and one of them doesn't listen to what the customer is asking or saying! And to top it off the register rang up a higher price than what the menu states! The female in charge refused to honor the menu price!!! She just gave me my card back!

Terrible location. Order online and set it for pickup at 11:30pm. I get there at 11:35pm and the sandwiches aren’t even started yet. After waiting 30 minutes for the sandwiches I get home and they don’t even add the sauces I added to each sandwich. The front takes at least 10 minutes per sandwich and the line is excruciatingly long.
The sub that I got was pretty good and there wasn’t much of a wait considering I went during lunch. Good location

This subway location in Buena Park, is nasty. Not clean. I had to ask them to wipe down the tables, and the workers m, well one of them anywayz was not very friendly. This location attracts a scary crowd. Its surrounded by a bar and a motel. Dont recommend this place.
