Wow, how did they make their coffee ice cream??? It tastes like Haagen Dazs coffee ice cream, but in soft serve form. You can def taste the coffee, tastes very premium. This place is popping, gonna be hard to find a seat but hey, you just need to grab your coffee right?
Everyone's raving about the amazing service in the reviews but we need to talk about the amazing coffee! Ordered the Costa Rica Hacienda (natural coffee) as a pour over, and a cold one. Whoever brewed it did it perfectly. The temperature was spot on. It hits the tongue with bright fruity notes then opens up into a blanket of warm fuzzy velvety cream. (So satisfying ☺️) Finishes off with a hint of toffee. So interesting! It was good cold too, the flavors were more muted though.I usually don't order pour overs when I go out because it's always under or over brewed so this is a great find. I MUST KNOW WHO BREWED MY CUP
Stereoscope embodies what, in my opinion, a coffee shop should be. While the coffee is diverse and high in quality, the employees and overall atmosphere of the shop are what really impresses me.I noticed that the all the employees enjoy engaging in conversation and really know their coffee. They're also always walking around, making sure that things are clean and customers are satisfied.Inside the shop, the seating is very communal. There's one long table, making it very easy to talk to other people, but because of that, it gets very loud inside. It probably isn't a good idea to study inside the café.Outside the shop, you'll find a lot of smaller tables, all of which are well shaded. Even though we went on a very hot day, it still felt really nice to sit outside.I only tried the Single Origin Espresso Soft Serve, but I'm super excited to come back and try other items.
highlight of my stop at stereoscope is the service! the barista who rung me up was super cool and lively! service was also really fast! out of all the cafes i visited between here and LA, their service was the best. i also enjoyed the vanilla latte a lot, super super good. the sweetness was perfect and the coffee was smooth. i also love the interior and how there is outside seating. when i come back to socal, i’d definitely come here again!
One of the best vanilla lattes I have had at a coffee shop. They make their own vanilla syrup from actual vanilla bean pods. It was delicious. My friend had an iced matcha latte and I tried a sip and it was really good too. Definitely recommend this coffee shop. Customer service is excellent too.
So here's the positive: Great Coffee and Nice baristas & ambiance!Negative: The service in the morning is incredibly way too slow, baristas don't move with a sense of urgency (which is odd for the coffee industry). When there are two people there, only one makes the coffee, they could be speeding up service if they both worked together. I have consistently left the building when I see even one person in line or just one barista. As a former barista, this is very disappointing. People have to get to work in the am & they don't evenaccount for that. I love this place but I can only come here once a week because of this issue.
Great place for craft coffee. I tried their espresso tonic, very refreshing especially on a warm day. They have Wi-Fi, indoor seating, as well as outdoor seating. Great local coffee shop.
Continously provides friendly service and flavorful drinks. Ordered my favorite, a dirty strawberry, several times over the last year. It's essentially coffee with milk and small bits of strawberries.It's definitely not cheap but that's true of most coffee places. Still, whenever I'm near here, I personally find this place worth stopping by.There's ample parking and indoor/outdoor seating area. I usually see multiple people studying/chilling here.
Love the vibe at this place. Baristas are very attentive. As you sit in their lobby they check up on you, don’t know many coffee shops that does this. Will definitely bring people with me next time.
You must try their coffee. I will recommend Spanish Latte.
