Ordered a cake pop on the app and there's literally only one option on the app but inside theres 3 flavors ..my nephew wanted a blue one ..they called our order so I touched the cake pop bag to see the color( apparently was a pink one) not the cake pop itself and asked them if I could change it to the blue one for my 5 yr old nephew but they said cuz I touched the bag they couldn't exchange it for a blue one ..I ordered an iced vanilla latte as well and there's no vanilla flavor at all and he never asked my name for the order either so he put it under something different as well.. worst experience at Starbucks I've ever had ..go to another one cuz this one is a fail for customer review... I also wonder if it's their store policy that once a complaint is made to go in the back and take off their name tag because after my first complaint about the cake pop he went in the back and came back without a name tag on and then I had to complain that he never even asked what my name was.... And I noticed he didn't have his name tag on but as soon as I left the Starbucks someone went and grabbed his name tag and put it back on him
We had an awesome experience! The barista was so nice, friendly and professional. He was patient which really impressed us as he was not trying to pressure us to order as we decided what we wanted. It was closing time and as we were sitting outside they all pleasantly said hello and goodnight as they passed us still sitting there talking, on their way out to their cars. They were smiles and happy...(it was closing time and time to go home after all).?
Dirty and poor help. 8 people working here trash cans overflowing, I had to ask for napkins and it took 5 minutes after I got my coffee for them to get me the coffee cake I order from display case. Worst experience ever.
You'd be better off ordering thru the drive thru, took way too long to get our order inside the store
Horrible service and took forever. I was running errands and did a pick up order here at this Starbucks. It said it would be ready at 2:43 after about ten minutes of waiting I saw that they started to make it. I was upset but relieved. But it doesn’t end there the lady that was making it sat there and stared at the cup for a good two minutes. The she started to make the sting and messed it up so another worker had to come and help. My drink was finally ready at 2:58 over ten mi urea then it said it would be ready and keep in mind this is a mobile order so they already have about ten minutes for them to make it so this was just an addition ten minutes. When I got my drink there was whipped cream and the drink all over the outside of the cup. I’m so disappointed am they where not even that busy
Well stocked. Friendly staff. Quick service. Made my drink as I ordered it.
They could be nicer and the restroom was disgusting
My carmel macchiato was watering and too much foam
What can I say, its Starbucks. Great coffee, clean store.
