Actually had an open lobby at 430 am, which is an automatic four stars for me. Decent interior, smallish but with high ceilings and multiple seating options. Outdoor seating is not sheltered, your basically in the shopping center parking lot. Great freeway access at this location.

Poorly managed this place is. They don’t acknowledge you once you come in and if they do, they’ll speak to someone other than you. I call it descrimination. I came in before someone else and I was working for Uber eats and one of the employees decided to ignore me even though I was standing right in front of the pick up. I’ve waisted 20 minutes to pick up that order which is way too long for an Uber driver to pick up. You actually have to go up there and yell so they can get your attention or else you’ll be waiting for your order like me. Also that one employee I’m referring to, she’s very petite and the skinniest one there so if you’re seeing this, you’re not doing your job right and whoever hired those employees needs to hire better quality people.
I just love walking into Starbucks you can just smell the aroma of coffee you can see all the beautiful people in the place Happy and there's nothing like getting that fresh cup of coffee the way you want it.
I just went through the drive thru of this location really wanting a chai latte to fortify myself for a long evening with a fussy baby, and they were out of chai! But one of the guys offered to make me a custom chai-like drink and it came out way better than other tea lattes I’ve had, and then he said it was on the house. Guys, I almost cried. What great customer service. I didn’t get his name, (thin, dark hair) but you made my night just that much better. Thank you! ??
Drive through. Only went there twice because other one was closed . Both times my experience was horrible bad customer service. The first time the guy had an attitude. last night. You could notice the girl was inexperienced did not know what she was doing at all
so please please never take away my Starbucks stores in my area they're the best.
Very Bad service!!! They give .e the wrong size, I ask for caramel and extra caramel there was no caramel at all.
As of today the inside has reopened and that is a plus. The servers here are friendly and helpful. The drive through gets busy at times, but is long enough to accommodate several vehicles.
Worst customer service at drive thru this morning! I order the same drink every morning and this is what I got today for Grande Caramel Frapp. Bitter. No caramel. Not blended with a bunch of syrup sitting at bottom and didn't offer for new drink! Nor refund.The Person clearly said when they made it, it came out weird and agreed. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION
