It was my First time using my mobile ? app to order ahead.. It was the most pleasant experience I've had in a while... My drinks were sitting ready and waiting for me to get there... I will say it didn't take them very long to fulfill my order soo my drinks were sitting for a little bit ? (totally my fault)... Next time I'll order when I'm a little closer to the store... Excellent service ????... .. . Definite Go to Drinks- Venti Iced Caramel Macchitto and either Venti Dragon ? Drink ? or the Pink ? Drink... .. . They are Must Haves ??... .. .!!!
I stopped by to grab coffees and act throb the drive through. It was surprisingly really fast. I ordered 3 frapps. And a vector ice coffee. They were all on point. A young lady named Merg helped me. I absolutely loved her and so did my grandson. He loves mickey mouse and so does she. She was talking to him (he's 2) about mickey while we waited for our drinks and bacon bites. She even drew a mickey mouse on his water cup!! I will definitely be back! She was awesome! Thanks Merg and all the baristas. I hope you have a wonderful weekend! I use to work at Starbucks so I know how hard they work.
I usually go here after going to Walmart or going to Petsmart. After my dog gets her pawdicure, we usually sit outside and she basks under the sun. I usually get her a water and puppacino. I usually get an ice tea.Forgot to mention. The staff is nice, about two times they messed up my order but I got to try their impossible sammich which I ended up liking a lot. So no harm about that. The Starbucks is clean looking not neglected and they do have napkins. Some Starbucks don't refill their napkins throughout the day... I wont name them.
This location never makes my drink right and the associates are not very friendly...not outwardly rude just not pleasant...when your spending $5.50 for a drink I expect the service to be good my drink to be correct...call me crazy...especially when gas prices are the way they are.
Worst experience ever. Waited 10 minutes at the counter for someone to help me out. My dog was really really really thirsty and all I wanted was a cup of water for him. He's just a puppy. Poor thing. All the people working here were staring at me but never came to help me. So rude. Once I asked for the water, I had to wait for another 10 minutes and still didn't get it and so I got mad at they're rude behavior and just left. My poor dog. I don't care if your busy or if there are a lot of customers, you have to treat your customers well. It takes 5 seconds to get someone water. Most of the workers werent even working rather, sitting in the back giggling. Seriously never coming back here again. BTW I came here at 11 pm on a Sunday night. Please don't ever ever hire workers like this its just bad for the business and customer experience overall.
This location needs to be permanently closed. The drinks are horrible and you never get what you ask for. The drive thru is absolutely horrid. This location is nothing like other locations. Get it together or get out of Buena Park. With Knott's Berry Farm and several shopping centers across the street this location should be more together. Almost 40 minutes in any drive thru is ridiculous. #Cancelthislocation
Posted time is listed to close at 1am. Got there at 815. Waited almost 10 minutes in the drive thru to discover that a line was waiting for no reason. No one was there. My opinion is simple. Change your posted hours of operation if your not going to have people there. Waste of gas an time. Wouldn't recommend going to this location anytime that's evening since you don't know when they will really be open.
Just went to this location and it took 40mins to wait in line. Very slow. Wouldn’t recommend to go to this Starbucks.

I ordered a caramel frappe with extra caramel and extra whip, but instead I got a plain caramel frappe which had very less caramel and very light sweetness. This was the second time I ordered it and got the same caramel frappe. I did not like it.
