Don't disrespect the Popeyes brand. Please keep everything fresh.
For some reason, this Popeyes doesn't cook chicken until you order it! Which means you're waiting at least 20 - 25 minutes for any meal you order.I'm at the Source at least 2 or 3 times a month and I would eat here almost every time if this wasn't the case. It's not "fast food" if we have to wait 25 minutes for you to cook it. Its been like this for the past 3 years.Sell this restaurant to someone who knows how to run a chicken spot. Thanks.

I was excited to try this chicken as a lot of ppl love this chicken. I wasn't impressed.We ordered the family meal and waited 45 minutes for our order. When we received it it was cold, greasy and just disgusting.The young guy working was very nice. The place wasn't very clean.
Park on level 3, walk up the stairs, take the escalator to level 4, food court is on your left. Enter thru the glass doors, it’s inside the food court.
Always sold out of chicken sandwiches. Even in 2021. And their phone number on google is no longer in service. Used doordash to get Popeyes from here once. Spent $30 for my order. They forgot my large coleslaw. And no utensils or napkins. Employees here have a “whatever” attitude and demeanor. You guys are a pain. You suck.
It's kind of hard to find it's on 3rd foor inside of food court there is no signage saying where it is located I had to ask 3 different people that own shops there I found by going into place to ask where it was located
The service is always so slow (the cashier is preparing food instead of keeping taking orders). This time I ended up waiting for 20 min just to be told the card reader is not working and they are only accepting cash! Didn't have cash at the time and the ATM near by was not working, so tried to order online and it failed to communicate with this location 3 times!
