We order at least once a week. Always happy, friendly employees there to greet us at the door. Never had any issues. Pizza always hot and correct. When we have hungry guests it is the first place we order food from. It is reasonable price and everybody gets their own custom pizza. We love it!!!!!
My stuffed crust pizza had no cheese in the crust! Although it had seeped onto the middle of the pizza, still super disappointed. And....over $5 in fees. Service fee. Delivery fee. Then tip. I will stick to Dominos where I can get three similar items for less than $25, including tip. (Total order, $42 for 1, single topping pizza, 1 order of chicken, and 1 order of cinnamon rolls)
I ordered my order at 513 and It told me I wS going to recieve it a whole hour later. Which I thought was crazy especially on a Tuesday. When 612 came around for my delivery nothing. By 620 I called and they said the driver should be on his way there.
I never recieved my order, Someone cancelled my order at 11:46am, I called 3 times and was informed that my pizza was on the way and they were suffering from being understaffed, I called again at 2pm after which was the point they told me my order was cancelled and they attempted to call me, I was very disatisfied with my service- I waited 3 hours before being told there was an issue, I would strongly recommend fixing the issues at this location- both the online experience and customer service was lacking.
Wait time was a bit long; but I understand right now everyone is a bit short staffed. It would be nice if they App quoted the wait time based on current staffing so we can plan around that.
Yes they may be short staffed but, they try their very best to keep all the customers happy.
This is the second time Pizza Hut online ordering messed up my order. I would submit the order, screen shows verification, only to find out items get omitted when I arrive to pick up.
Burnt pizza!!! Not appetizing at all. Onions burnt, capsicum burnt, jalapenos burnt, basically black!!! And they did not even want to deliver the new order to compensate for the burnt pizza. Not satisfied. Please check your pizzas before leaving.
Raised Concern about the Pizza “Seal” being broken. Was transferred to a manager at this location and was told that they break the seal to check on pizza. That doesn’t make sense. This is not CDC protocol nor Pizza Hut Policy. I had a contactless delivery and I was told I will not get a refund or anything unless I drove to the location. My pizza was cold and pizza looked questionable. I will not consume it. We are still in the pandemic and food is supposed to be sealed unbroken to insure safety for customers. Unsafe and unprofessional.
Fast and accurate delivery as I requested delivery instruction. Pizza dough was also awesome!!
