This location is no different from other Panda Express locations. You order at the counter. Can ask for half and half of the rice, chow mien, or steamed veggies. Then you select your main dish. Due to the availability of Chinese cuisine in this area, I limit my trips to Panda Express, especially for lunch since there are other Asian restaurants nearby and prices are comparable.
Walked into the place without a welcome from anyone , customers walked in right behind me were welcomed . Get to my turn, got skipped and was rushed to make an order. It's my money and il spend it how and when I want. I'm requesting for better customer service. Or this will be my last time eating at panda. Tired of making these complaints and not seeing action.
So today I asked to have my boyfriend to buy me Panda Express while I was at work but he told me to order online and he would pick it up for me. So I ordered it on Uber Eats for pickup. When he got there, they refused to give it him. He showed my name and number like how many times but still refused to give it to him and he got really upset. He called me about the situation so I called them to settle it and finally gave him my food. He argued with the manager or employee or both and sweared at them of how poor customer service is. And guess what the manager did? Banned him from coming back there.Seriously is it his fault for swearing just because they refused to give to him my order? Honestly the staff is the problem. Customer service has done poorly. I told my boyfriend through text that I’m not going to order from there again after what just happened
On a random Wednesday, went in about 20 mins before closing. The front end/Cashiers were properly masked, organized, and offered a perfectly timed, unexpected, upbeat, but appropriate greeting. Everyone appeared busy. I was most impressed and appreciative of the attention given to the extra requirements asked of establishments towards Covid. I saw total respect for public health, plus food handlers safety precautions being practiced. From soaping and scrubing the lobby floor to rinsing and draining the grill. The whole store worked with a smile as a team. Kudos for the workers at this location for really going the extra mile making me feel very safe.
My girlfriend and I went into this location expecting to get some good food and good service unfortunately that was not the case the lady named Blanca was stumbling over her words asking the same question 10 times before we can even get into the door then as we waited while she talked with co workers mind you there was nobody in line she asked another 10 times what we wanted only after making us wait another 5 minutes. she seemed to have a attitude and wanted to share the feeling with my girlfriend and I my girlfriend finally said she felt uncomfortable and she dropped the plate and walked off it was completely rude and unprofessional after that we were finally ready to check out and we asked for sauce and her co worker told us that they were out and to try again tomorrow it was completely disgusting and out of line finally getting to the car the food was cold if you are looking for horrible service and a nice cold dish this is the location

Good portions here and pretty good service. Not really fast but fast. Would recommend.
Food was good as usual. But the wait was terrible. We were 3rd in line and our service was very slow but by the time we sat down there must have been 30 people in line waiting to order. The staff were doing their best just not enough of them to handle the lunch time rush.. Management take note people were walking away when they saw the lines.
freshly cooked tasty food, roomy clean place, pleasant staff, cooking area visible to customers ( the one here in cypress ) and you can see how organized , clean , and safe it is.
Always Fresh. And this store is usually staffed well at rush hours.
