Unfortunately they are now using exclusively dark meat for the orange chicken. Total bummer, it used to be the best, not anymore!

We ask for our food to go and they change the food that we ask for. Is specially annoying for our kids food.The chow mein taste like instant noodles.

I stopped by for lunch with my family , once we were ready to sit down our table was dirty and my wife asked Sol politely if someone could please clean it. Sol looked at my wife and rolled her eyes at her and never responded if she would or if she would get someone. Once Sol came over we thanked her for cleaning our table and she again just rolled her eyes at us and looked very mad walked away we felt bad ? . Very unprofessional employee no customer service and we will never come back or refer any of our family and friends. ❗❗
Quite tasty! Only one small critique, the portion of the entree of the 2 item plate seemed smaller than the other Panda Express locations.But otherwise good!
They barely put any sauce on my orange chicken or my Beijing beef and they gave me old noodles they don’t throw the old noodles away even though they’ve been there all day they give you those first it’s really gross I asked for a spicy orange chicken and they didn’t even put any chili on it they barely put sauce my cream cheese wontons were barely cooked don’t go here it is a bad representation of panda express
I came to Knotts Berry and order food to take to the hotel room because my kids were tired . I asked the girl taking my payment to please give me 3 plates and 3 utensils, she say yes, but I guess she wasn’t paying me any attention or was intentionallyGetting into the hotel we had 3 plate 1 utensil, no napkins, no straw, no sauce ?
