I see why they call this OK-bingsul... it was nothing more than okay. I frequently pass by this bingsoo shop since I come to the Source often. I finally decided to give it a try today and I was really disappointed.We got the melon bingsoo, which is advertised as honeydew on the menu. To my surprise, we received a CANTALOUPE covered bingsoo! Although it was cutely decorated, it was not enjoyable. The combination of cantaloupe, cheesecake, melted vanilla ice cream, cranberries, and watery shaved ice... NOT good. My friends also got the mango bingsoo and the mangos were crunchy, sour, cut into large cubes, and not ripe at all!Not only was the bingsoo dissatisfying, it was overpriced as well! $13+ is much more expensive than other bingsoo shops. My friends have come here to get the taiyaki and they always seem satisfied. If you're in the area and happen to stumble upon this place, taiyaki seems like your best bet. Don't go for the bingsoo.
My review is strictly based on the milk tea boba I had here. After tax and the dollar boba as on, the total came to 7.01. however the drink experience is about on par with that of donut store boba The milk tea had already been premade as there's no sweetness adjustment. The boba pearls I had in particular were undercooked and inconsistent most of them coming out dry in the center. The milk was also slightly old as you can taste a little bit of sour within the drink.

Do you enjoy mediocre but overpriced desserts served by staff that don’t really care about the service they give? In a setting that's unapologetically lacklustre and, bottom line, depressing?Boy, Do I have a place for you! Right on the bottom level of The Source, in the heart of the hustle and bustle, from the outside looking in this cafe ALWAYS looks like a hot spot. It’s only from my recent visit that I’ve now come to terms that the only reason why the outside looks packed is because the seating is outside and there is Gong Cha right beside. We visited The Source a couple days ago and got there early in the afternoon. Prior to walking in, the signage caught my eye. A strawberry yogurt latte. I mean, need I say more? Walking in the music was non existent. Like 0 effort into trying to make it seem lively at all. With the added bonus of me being the only one inside, the dead silence was deafening. The two girls at the counter barely acknowledged me, so once my order was through and I received my buzzer I opted to walk out of the awkward cafe to hang outside for my drink thus concluding my uncomfortable experience in the brick and mortar of OKBINGUL. Now the drink, Strawberry Yogurt Latte - ($6.26) - it’s like strawberry concentrate with yogurt. I didn’t finish even though my wallet was screaming at me the whole way down the trash can.
I paid for a Ice Milky Bean Latte with boba for $6.50. Was given a cheaper cafe late and told they didn't have any more milky bean. Additionally coffee was very poor tasting and boba were overly chewy. Won't be coming back

Everytime I'm at the OC Source this place catches my eye. I'm happy i finally tried it out. I only purchased the Taiyaki. It was very delicious! I can't wait to go back and try more items. Staff is friendly and place is very clean! Check it out if your in the area.
Food was delicious, we got the strawberry and the cheesecake with a 5 pack of fish (2 Nutella 3 custard). Took so long the first ice treat half melted before the order was complete and served. The 2 Nutella fish had so little Nutella we could only find about 1 teaspoon in the tail if each.Again flavor was amazing just slow and stingy with the Nutella
Terrible customer service, ordered two milk teas and one Red bean injurmi snow flake, waited 20 minutes and asked when it will be ready, told me that I would have to wait another 10 minutes. Asked for a refund for snow flake but server said it can't be done and I have only waited 5 minutes for the order. Showed her the receipt, I was told that I just had to wait. Had to talk to manager to get my refund. None of them had apologized for being late, terrible terrible service.
The shaved ice is not fine out of 3 bingsu around the area sul &bean korean is the good one. Big serving too!
