This is definitely the best dessert shop at The Source. Don't waste your time going anywhere else. My friends and I got the Injeolmi bingsoo and the Melon bingsoo. I might actually prefer these bingsoos to Sul Bean's bingsoos. The flavors were very spot on and the texture of the ice was fluffy and airy.I'd highly recommend this place if you're at The Source or even if you're just in the area.
I've been looking for a great korean shaved ice place ever since my usual spot in LA closed down. I know of sul and bean, but it didn't do it for me and I really wanted to see if I could find something like I had back in LA. My girlfriend and I got the half matcha, half strawberry flavor. The granularity of the shaved ice was what I wanted, very fine, but not ribboned like asian shaved snow. The flavoring was good too, not too sweet. Ice melted nice and quickly on the tongue without being icy. The addition of warmed red beans was always a good choice because it goes nicely with matcha!This would be a place I would recommend a guy take a girl on a date. It's got indoor and outdoor seating. On a warm day like this past weekend, it would be a great location to catch the sunset since it's on the third floor.
Injeolmi Toast and Pat(red bean) Latte are harmonious for dessert.
This cafe came highly recommended by our friends so when we were in town we came on a Sunday afternoon. It's located on the rooftop level of The Source OC with plentiful and free parking. Very cute ambiance of a korean style cafe. Everything on the menu sounded so good so we ordered the Injeolmi toast, injeolmi shaved ice, iced injeolmi latte, bam latte, and the espresso at the counter and received a buzzer to get the food when it came out. Out of everything we ordered our absolute favorite was the injeolmi toast. It had injeolmi sukk on top with fruit and whipped cream that had a perfect balance od crispy and soft. Family said the coffee and lattes were good but wouldnt come back for the coffee but the toast. Highly recommend this spot for great dessert and cute cafe ambiance.
Neat location and good service. We thought it was tasty, a very sizable amount, and it had flavor throughout it (no pure ice chunks, as you can see in the photo). The only drawback is the lack of toppings offered. Very nice interior design and decor.
I love this place! It's definitely my go to hangout place since it's located on the rooftop with a nice and refreshing view. I always get their chestnut latte, and for the first time today got their shaved ice. Did not disappoint! Very soft and fluffy shaved ice so be sure to finish quick or it will all melt away.
Milk tea bingsu needs more than just three real bean and ttuk.. ttuk (rice cake) is too hard and has no taste.

They've been known for their bingsoo for decades in Korea and it did not disappoint- simple but really delicious. Tried one drink that I haven't seen elsewhere (iced chestnut latte) and it was pretty good but a bit pricey.
