This place is almost always packed and they usually mess up the order someway some how if you get drive thru… but typically the staff is nice and try to help resolve the issue sometimes they have gotten a little short or snappy with customers….but due to the location/customers that come in an out of this place it’s more or less understandable
This place could be so great. Too bad it is not well kept. Trash containers overflowing. Most eating areas were dirty and not wiped down. Place had a bad metallic odor. None of the trains that made this place great were operating. Some of the dioramas were not well kept and looked vandalized. The glass cases containing the trains were very dirty.
The food is great if you are a McDonald's fan. However, here there's no Dine in rn... So that's why only 3. Even after the mask mandate.
Very unique McDonald's, but a bit dirty and pretty outdated. Bathrooms were dirty, out of hand washing soap, lobby had some garbage on the floor and was sticky.
Ordered a number 7 with a coke and kids meal ! Simplest Order but instead gavee me sweet tea ?? asked for bbq sauce with my kids happy meal and couldn’t even get that !
The kids loved seeing all the trains going around the inside but that was the only good thing the dinning area very dirty and the restroom s were even worse this poor place was so outdated and its only a block away from Knotts berry farm
Food at this McDonald’s sometimes tastes really fresh and hot still the french fries can use some work I prefer my french fries to be hot and crisp those two things usually never happen. The drive-through is much quicker than most

Very unique MC Donald's. Mind-blowing ?I would say. I really thought the whole broken down McDonald's sign was done purposely. It's so broken down it's unbelievable ?. As soon as you walk inside to your right you'll see an arcade! Yes you read that right. An old creepy broken dark arcade room. There's even a TV ? in the dining room. There's also a section where you can sit and eat your food as you watch a train ? go around above you or right in front of you behind glass. Pretty cool ? but awkward at the same time. The restroom ? needed to be cleaned. I went around 6pm or so. I was helped right away by very welcoming staff. All were really nice and professional. I didn't have to wait long to get my food. They forgot my fries? but fixed it right away by giving me my fries and a coupon for free dessert?. Staff are so busy helping customers they don't keep the place clean. Homeless feel welcome to linger around because the place is really old. This McDonald's is a disrespect to the chain. How is it still operating?!
They had a train station set up in thier diningroom! The store was clean. We recieved hot food by friendly people.
