This is on regards to pick up and delivery missing items.. This is the second time I place and order and restaurant McDonald’s forgot to add one my order items. Previously I would call and ask for manager and yes there is and apology and a stop by our restaurant ask for manager and mention and give you your order but that is not the point. The point is training , trained your employees because at the end it reflects on you as a manager. This is the second time with my online order. And I’m not mentioning the times I went order through drive thru then come home and guess what items are missing!!! I know I’m not the only one I’m sure management and employees get this kind of complains often and yes I’m aware this is not a 5 star restaurant but still no matter your position be proud and give it your best! So McDonald’s listen to your customers and make a change!!!

Quick drive through service and friendly staff members at the drive through windows for payment and giving me my food. I paid through mobile order then gave them a code and got my food quickly. Thanks.

Stop serving chicken nuggets that have been sitting under a heat lamp for who knows how long. Disgusting and tastes like cardboard. Waste of money.
Food was terrible from taste to digestion. Layer suffered mild nausea and restroom visits.

Great management at this place. Manager name Maria went out of her way to make 7 happy meals even tho it wasn’t lunch time yet.Will for sure come here more often knowing they care about costumersNot a lot of MCDs care about service.Thank you Maria (management)
