NOT OPEN 24/7!!!They are only open from 5am to midnight!!!Yelp has the correct operating hours 5am-midnight listed, so I made an edit on here to change the hours to the correct ones.On another note, the drive thru times are extremely slow and abysmal here. I had to wait 40 minutes to receive my order with only 4 cars ahead of me in the drive thru!!!
10am on April 6th Wednesday - Person (Hispanic female) working at the drive through payment register is a typical low quality employee who is having a hard time even performing to meet the minimum functional requirement - cares even less being anything related to helpful or even giving basic respect to customers. This person should not exist in a customer-facing service industry.
Fast, friendly service even when busy! I always go thru the drive thru so I can't really comment on the dine in experience.
Apathy for the customer and their dining experience and a lack of attention to detail in fulfilling orders. This review pertains to drive-thru and curbside service. This is my neighborhood McDonald's and I enjoy their breakfast menu and their chicken fillets. Over the course of my last five visits four of the orders were either missing food items condiments or napkins. My last visit I was asked to park and wait to be delivered an item and sat there for a half hour until I was forced to go through the drive-thru because the dining room was closed. People make mistakes and that is normal but if an attitude of apathy for the customer is embedded into the employees then mistakes are rampant and ongoing. So the moral to this story is check your bag before you leave.
It's kinda hidden. Went at night and not that many people. Food was correct and didn't have issue. Getting into driveway kinda stinks since it's on busy street
There was an issue with mobile ordering in which my card was charged, but not received on their end. They had the order, but not the payment. I wasn't about to charge my card again, so in frustration was going to leave and call my credit card company to remove the charge.The manager took care of it and I offered to leave my info in case the payment never showed on their end, but was told not to worry about it. You don't see this kind of customer service nowadays, let alone at a fast food establishment.Definitely deserve five stars and good karma points.
I ordered in the app at 8:03pm. The app asked how I wanted to pick up. I said curbside. So I say for 20Minutes in spot 9. Nothing. Then I sit in the drive thru for 10 minutes why order ahead to wait 30 minutes.

Ok McDonald's are all the same right? Wrong. This particular McDonald's has very good service. Ultra clean. And prompt delivery of orders. I don't go there often. But by far the best McDonald's around here.
Drive-through customer service very fast they do have a two lines take a order and you don't have to wait that long...
