The meat quality is great. Although they offer bbq service, the place is not smelly at all. Another thing I love about this place is the charcoal grilling which makes the meat taste so good. I recommend having Wagyu beef with the marinated boneless rib. They have pretty great banchan, except for kimchi. It is too fermented when I tried it on Sunday so I could not finish. Other than that, seaweed salad, marinated perilla leaves are tasty. Soybean soup is specially great, too. The staff is nice and helpful which assisted us with grilling so that was a great experience.

We made a reservation for the day.Course meals were not available on the day of reservation.I like Beef Tartare, so I ordered both salt and red pepper paste.We liked salt better than red pepper paste.I went with my child, and they gave me a bowl for my child and a cup of water, so I could eat with my child safely.The staff were very friendly and the meals were all delicious.We wanted to order Bone-in Short Rib meat for one.However, the staff said that we need to order more than two servings to eat.So I had no choice but to order 2 servings.I think it would be good to refer to this part.
12 course hanjungsik meal for $59... Way more than I could eat. Totally worth it and also it’s tasty & healthy ? coming back here with parents.

Unfortunately I will Not be back to this establishment.Brought my husband here for his birthday as he requested Korean food.We arrived at 5:20 pm and there were plenary of tables open. My husband and I were walked ALL the way to the BACK of restaurant to the last table that faced the kitchen. I asked if any of the other tables were an option and the host said they were all reserved.Unhappily, we waited for the waiter to serve us, this took 30 mins- others Korean patrons who set after us were served immediately.After finally ordering, they only wanted to bring the meat cooked to our table and would not turn on coals. Another 20 mins later, we finally recite our side dishes and after receiving meat, they never checked on us again.I felt like we were thrown in the back because we were African Americans.Such a dissatisfaction and disappointment on my husbands birthday ?

If you want to experience a real Korean food, this is the one you can have that in the Southern California . High quality food and dishes are served in the traditional way. I recommend the ‘han-jung-sik’ which brings you a variety of traditional side dishes and meal.Location is in the heart of buena park’s fun zone surrounded by named restaurants and pubs. Parking is large located within its property so very secure and mostly available.
Lovely atmosphere, great quality beef and the experience was wonderful. We even stayed for dessert. The raspberry macaroons are the BEST. My only wish would be that there would be dipping sauces or something to add extra flavor for the beef orders. The salt is tasty but I feel this dish could be elevated with that extra flavor.Finally, the biggest selling point for me on this restaurant is the service. The service was absolutely the best. Not only was our party accommodated and well taken care of during dinner (despite some guests arriving late) our server Andrew was incredibly helpful, informative, and gave great recommendations for dinner. We all had a fabulous time, and enjoyed our meals. Thank you Andrew and the team for a great night to remember!
