Today my visit was awesome Regan has Great customer service the place is very clean very knowledgeable of her products can’t wait to come back for another smoothie.

I didn’t get everything I asked in my drink they had only two people working and one of the person clearly had no training she didn’t know how to put my. Order In register plus I know she didn’t put all ingredients in my drink and made my 2nd order completely wrong and insist she didn’t get I watched her . Very very disappointing
I had smoothies many times this place. I just love it , best place for fresh juice and smoothies.
Don't expect anything of what you ask. I ordered celery juice a few times and the first time it was good and clean no other fruit or vegetables where in the juice. These past few times the juice was red not green. I know I shouldn't expect much if they are busy normally I would leave and come back, but i was the only person in the shop. Very disappointed juice is $9 I can make my own at home. So if you're in a ? don't bother asking for specific juices. Staff is moody too.

I showed up on Thursday March 24,2022, at 3:15 to pick up the orderThe young girl said: it’ll take a few minutesI said no problem and waited. After some time I went in to pick it up… she was preparing an order; after it was finished, she handed to me.I said this is not my order … mine has more items and the things you put in are not the ordered ones. She didn’t accept what I said and still insisted it’s mine. So, I showed the order on my screen, now she went back and checked her screen and without apologizing or anything, she went to the fridge and picked up my order which was sitting there for all this time and handed to me!!! Still no apologies.Forgot to say that when I entered the store and said hi, she didn’t return my greeting.It’s a good idea for these young people to go through proper training of how to receive a customer and how to handle the orders and let them know that even though the ownership of the business belongs to someone else, but still they make their money off of this business .. so its best to do their jobs right.They usually get into labor force through family introduction and that’s why they don’t know the first basic things about dealing with customers.So, I’m giving two star here because of the service Not being provided at this location at that time of the day.
