Food is ok. The pizza is the best of all options in my opinion. And their salad bar is pretty stocked.We went during the week so it was not crowded. The arcade area was neat and clean and had lots of options. I no longer have a toddler but they have an area for them and an area for parents to sit in while supervising them. I highly recommend. Kids had fun for hours .
On my first visit to Johns Incredible Pizza, I was disappointed on their uncleanliness at the food court area, some food looked like 2 day old chicken that was overheated too many times, salad bar had old looking sides although the salad lettuce seemed fresh, dessert bar was messy with stale looking cakes, the only tempting thing that I spotted were the chocolate cookies. The floors were dirty and the bathroom in the arcade area were dirty. The only person that I can rate four stars, is for the manager who I met on the way out the door he was very helpful in answering my questions and friendly. Johns Incredible's front staff had poor customer service, and is not kid friendly in my opinion.
I didn't even pay to get in, and I would be more upset if i did pay. Horrible. The bathroom looks like a murder scene. John's "Incredible" Pizza? More like John's Terrible Pizza. The buffet had pizza crumbs everywhere, and I even saw BITE MARKS on pizzas that were left in the pizza buffet. Good thing I didn't eat anything there. Don't waste your time and money on this place. John's Incredible pizza needs to face reality. Better off to Portillos or Portos.
This place is absolutely disgusting. The ice cream and Icee machines don't even work and its literally colored water. Cups and plates are left everywhere. Trash is all over the floor with nobody even TRYING to pick up. There's pizza with peanut butter in it!!? A random guest is sweeping the area around him himself, there should be more workers. The only okay thing about this place is the attractions. I'm a 12 year old kid and even I noticed this was horrible.
Really good for kids they have a lot of games for entertaining all kids ages, a section for toddlers I really love it I am not much of a fan for pizza but the salads yes!!! best 15 dollars per person that I spend every time we go there, the kids do not want to leave food was ok not too fresh like pastas, fry chicken some of the deserts but am sure it depends on how busy they are and the day we went it was not much people so is understandable the salads definitely fresh but I noticed they do not have gloves for people that touch the spatulas or spoons every time they serve themselves I guess everyone take their own precautions at their own risk with the COVID please be considered of others who might be weaker when they contaminated with COVID-.
This was my first time coming here and I can tell you right now I will never be coming back. The place was filthy, there was trash everywhere . 90% of the games didn’t work. The food area was disgusting ? the restroom was horrifying the changing stations were nasty. This place is not worth the money I would not recommend anyone coming here if I could give this place no stars I would. I honestly don’t know how the hell this place is still up and running this place should be shut down completely.This place should be on undercover boss because this is not acceptable. I wasted my gas and my money for nothing.Nothing but a disappointment.
The food was lacking, the games were old and breaking and it was definitely not worth what they charge to get in. The place was dirty and bathrooms were not kept clean.
Horrible experience at this place!!! We arrived at 3:30 we were told to wait an hour we didn’t get inside until 5 pm!!! 2 hour wait!!! Groups of people were already leaving and the two employees that spent those two hours talking and gossiping only let a few in…. We were crowded!!! Not only that tables were dirty and not cleaned up!!! What kind of management runs this place? Employees talking, unsanitary and disgusting! You come here to spend hundreds of dollars to eat and for your children to play here and this is the service, the customer is provided. I will never come here and I don’t recommend this place.
First time here for a birthday party for my little niece. We had room 9 and 10 with a party of 20. Lots to say but will give a honest opinion.They have the bare minimum to have this place functioning but lacking in so many ways. They seem to be understaffed and employees are overwhelmed. 30% of their arcade games are broken or not powered on. Their slurpee machine is broken, kids continue to play around hoping to get a single drop. The cups are no where to be found, always empty. To be fair, it is a Saturday afternoon and it's packed full house.After our two rooms expired we transfered to the open public tables. And oh boy, there are no tables and no people in them. Potentially 90% of the tables could be used if the staff actually cleans them. We end up cleaning our own table to use.Conclusion: I didn't expect this place to be run like Disneyland but the many minor details could improve this place a lot.
Absolutely disgusting. Not to mention half the games did not work but yet no refund her health from the manager.
