We have ordered from this location many times since it opened but the last 2 times we got food that we would not eat. The dryest cheesesteak and buffalo chicken sub ever with unmelted cheese. I called the store to get them remade, returned with the sandwiches where the manager on duty came out to refund my money without anything remotely like an apology. When I commented he told me it was because there was nothing wrong with the sandwich. I'm sorry I expect something other than a dry sandwich. I don't think it's too much to ask to get my items as expected ( and previously received from jersey Mike's )-not dry! So disappointed and won't be back.
4/7/22 ticket #01-000691-99-076468 my wife ordered online to come home and find out the Giant #8 that was made for us had no meat in the sandwich. I return to the store with the receipt to hear one of the employees tell another employee he messed up. What disappointed me most was no one came up to acknowledge the mistake. No apology was given. It took about 15mins for me to receive the correct sandwich. We come here all the time. We are JM Club members. Not one employee came up to apologize. If the employee knew he made a mistake why not call and let us know the mistake happened. You ask for our email and phone # for what? That is not good customer service.
Similar to Subway's sandwiches but, the hot chicken sandwich is probably my favorite, made with white cheese and peppers....a sandwich not available at Subway.
Sandwiches were mediocre service was rude and good luck finding g parking spot at lunch time.
Good sandwiches. I would rate it a tad better than Subways.
Portions on tub (mobile) orders are hit or miss... Staff should be trained in what a full serving should look like. I go here once or twice a week and even though most times I come my order is perfect, a couple times I'll end up with a tub that looks like a half order.. Which I don't understand, given I order the same thing every time..Pickup times are reasonable, food always tastes great. Should consider getting some to-go packets of vinegar.
Some are always better... But I live there sandwiches!
