Everything was made the way I ordered, but drive thru cashier/shift leader(looked like she was a shift leader) was taking orders incredibly slow. She was the only one taking orders and helped one customer @ the window and one at the speaker at a time. She knew how yo handle them but would be great to have been helped faster!Add a 2nd cashier and this problem will be solved. Thursday eve, in a high traffic store, would definitely solve the issue, 20 minutes is too long when the store could've helped their #'s and their workers from burnout! Do the right thing JIB!
How rude!!! I'm a truck driver and there was not a single person in line at the drive thru and the employees weren't doing anything inside, I asked if I could order a milkshake and she told yeah if I drive my car through (with a snobby attitude) how ridiculous and just flat out rude. Oh and I even wore a face mask walking up to the window so I could avoid that remark
At the end of a day of riding and don't want to cook just come and get some food. It was hot and easy.
We went to try there sweet creamiced coffees there. So we ask the girl if they actually made with sweet cream, but she had no with an i don't know answer
This Jack in the Box has its days where the staff is positive and very helpful and days where they make your morning not so smooth
First time coming here and I tried out one of their burgers and it was good! Jack in the Box's one of the best places to order and eat burgers.

waiting at drive thru as im typing almost 25 minutes waiting for my food i feel like just taking off
It's OK if there dinning room wasn't locked up at 6:30pm . Doesn't match the new dinning room hours ,closes at 8:00pm ?
Says 24 hours but the drive thru was completely blocked off and they were closed with no signs to signify this, at least update your hours online for customers especially those getting off work late.
