They don't know how to train employees good anymore they don't pay attention, when you order a fresh Burger they still give you an old Patty and then they finally get your cracked fresh cooked burgers and it still over cooked and dry they can't even cook a plain burger fresh for a ultimate cheeseburger and they didn't wrap it good and almost landed on the floor and the flavor has changed so much and not for the good way. The french fries are also not as good as they used to be they lost this customer forever I guess I'll go back to Carl's Junior or another burger joint I really hate to give up an ultimate cheeseburger but when you have to you have to
they always have fast service, maybe not customer service.
Great place for a quick bite to eat, their burgers are amazing, along with their tacos, fries and other food they offer. I'd highly recommend going here for a quick bite to eat whenever needed.
This jack in the box location is on my way to work, so I go there a few times a week. My food is always hot. At other locations I usually get cold tacos.
