I wish I could put a zero on this rating. I ordered ahead of time by 20 minutes online. I arrived and my order wasn't ready. They said they were still making it. They called the next 10 orders ahead of my order number without having my order resolved. I ORDERED BEFORE. HOW ARE ORDERS AFTER ME GETTING THEIRS BEFORE MINE. Trash company. Mediocre boba. Treat your customers with respect and maybe you get repeats. I don't understand how that is acceptable when I ordered online to "skip the line" as you have advertised. It was a terrible experience. One I will never spend money on again when there are unlimited better options across the street even.
The drink options here were delightful and extensive! The cashier was helpful in deciding what to get from the large menu. I found that in spite of having many options, it wasn't overly complicated. I got the pistachio frappe with boba and it was very good. The pistachio flavor was very present and had actual crushed pistachios in it, and they were lightly salted which was a pleasant surprise. The boba was cooked to a great texture as well. Highly recommend. Sad that the seating was closed though.
I really love coming here the drinks are always so delicious they are always the same. My to go to is the cookies and cream with boba. I also like the mango shaved ice and the brown sugar boba with pudding. So delicious you have to if you have not yet to try them out. This is a must!!.
The boba here is bomb. The staff are friendly and there are tons of options on the menu. I got the matchata (I think that's what it was called), it's half matcha and half horchata. Wuuuut? Loved it.
I love Boba Time but for this location, they add too many fillers that makes the drinks taste like Taffy. The fakeness of the strawberry milk in the coconut strawberry drink was off putting and nothing like the original Koreatown Vermont location version. The Kale smoothie was also different. Some people might enjoy the laffy taffy versions but I for one do not, and prefer a more organic realistic flavor
This place is garbage. They are super lib and wouldn't even let me and my friends in at the same time if we weren't in the same party. Their boba isn't even that good and way too expensive. They act like Covid is still the most deadly thing in the world and the people working there are super mean and condescending. Never go here...there are much better boba places right next to here like 85C. BAAAAAAAAA BAAAAA
would give a five star if they didnt change to making their boba too chewy- my family and i used to bike there around 4-6 years ago in the summer to enjoy boba while playing intense games of uno. but a few years back they changed how they made their boba, because from then on it was a lot chewier. for us, it was a sad deal breaker, so we stopped going there. we occasionally give them chances to see if they changed it back to their old recipe, but nope. well, too bad i guess, but we would love to go there regularly again if only they reverted back to their old recipe for perfectly chewy, sweet, honey boba :(
It's really good but I just feel they need to be more organized. Also sometimes the drinks aren't that great but I'm introverted so I just accept it and go

I like it, they have a lot to chose from. My only problem was i like my milk tea pretty sweet. Unlike other places they didn't have a option to make my drink a tad sweeter. My boyfriend liked his drink though.
