Service and staff were ok. At this restaurant, when they give you a shake, they don't add in the metal tin that has extra shake in it for you like at other places. Also, I really hated that the chocolate chip pancakes were 14 dollars. I need to focus on making my own pancakes whenever I get a craving from now on. I'd only pay more than 10 dollars for pancakes if it had an actually good reason to live up to that price, like caviar. The price should be especially lower still due to the pancakes being dry.
It was the first time we vicite this restaurant . My family and i felt so discriminated . There was a family that walk in after us and the waittres take their order first . We end up leaving after we talk to the manager. It was horrible ..not going back at all . Anyways we didnt get to eat .. make sure you guys give the service the custumer needs and want. We had a bad experience.
The staff were nice but the food was not very tasty. The waitress misheard me and somehow thought my very petite 10 year old had ordered two breakfast plates and brought them, she acted offended when I told her it had been a mistake. It wasn't her fault, but it wasn't ours either - ultimately not charged for it though.
Great customer service, didn't have to wait too long for us to get a table, waiter and manager were great, very attentive and welcoming, we didn't have to wait too long for our food either, staff overall seemed to be very friendly and accommodating to the other customers and seemed to enjoyed what they do, they had a smile on their face everytime they approached their customers, our waiter was the best, he knew what he was doing and was superb at it, the manager seemed to be very attentive and caring towards the staff and customers, overall a great experience. The food and the atmosphere was very friendly and comfortable. Will definitely recommend this IHOP location and will definitely go back to it again! Thank You ALL at IHOP including the cooks and the rest of the staff, you guys are great!
Waitresses brought us the wrong meal. After correcting it, then still charged us for the wrong meal never brought us creamer for our coffees we got up and got it. Really bad servive food was cold. Sad we really like it here they get two more tries then they are out!!

This IHOP location has been my favorite for years. The staff are hardworking and polite. I have never had a bad experience here. The food is amazing as always !
Evening crew has great service and they bring your meal hot and ready.best IHOP ive been to.will be coming back every time me and my family are visiting knotts.thank you IHOP.

I used to write off IHOP, because of a bad experience at the Downey location, but after coming to this location, I'm hooked!! food was absolutely delicious!! our server (wish I got his name) helped us both times my friend and I went there, and he was perfect! fast and friendly!! thank you for making me change my mind in the best way possible:)
