ORDERING FROM DOMINO'S via your ONLINE APP or via 1 of your employees BY PHONE are NEARLY impossible, because your Online App has technilogical issues recognizing your customer's CORRECT passwords thus they've got to phone in their order and wait now approx 20-40 mins just to place it.DELIVERY TIME IS ATROCIOUS, SERIOUSLY, AND REALLY NEEDS TO BE SPEEDED UP. I MEAN, ON A SLOW NIGHT 50 MINS TO 1 HOUR OR LONGER FOR A DELIVERY THAT TAKES AT LEAST BY 2 OTHER NATIONAL PIZZA CHAIN DELIVERY PERSONS AT THE TOPS ON A VERY RAINY/SOAKY STREET 45 MINS? In addition, this one pizza chain lol ets you choose your type off cr it st with, what type of cheeses, toppings, amount of toppings, how you want your crust cooked, and the experience is fantastic both with the online or phone ordering of their food items. AND via this Pizza chain I found out I get rewards points faster as well as a whole lot better personal friendly customer service from their staff.ISSUES ON APP, AND THE. ANEXTREMELY LOO ONG WAIT TOME VIA PHONE JUST TO PLACE AN ORDER.
Placed an online order for delivery. After waiting an hour and seeing no updates to the delivery tracker I decided to just call the store and check in. Waited on the line for 25 minutes with no answer before deciding to just drive to the store. Continued to wait on hold with no answer for the whole drive and while I walked in to the lobby. Ringers on the store phones had been turned off as I did not hear ringing as I’m still connected via phone. I was not greeted by any staff members, and got a call from home that the delivery had arrived. The order contained 3 items. A pizza, a 2 liter, and one ranch cup, of which we were missing everything except the pizza, essentially receiving 1/3 of our order and having to wait for the rest to be brought back. I can’t remember a single time I’ve had a worse dominos experience, or anything even close to this bad
The pizza was fresh and hot. No problems with the ordering process. Would visit again.
This place does not deserve a star rating. Worse service experience ever. Store refused to give me my order over a stupid mask. Got a cold pizza to top it off
I always order delivery from this location and it’s always been spot on. Never had a complaint. Food is always good. Keep up the good work!
I place and order and the employees here make me wait like 1 hr for my order cuz they think i was a homeless, i just get off work and i stop to this place on my wait home, i saw too many issues with customers in this place my order was almost$20.00 i never ever come back to this place
The pizza is good, the staff is nice ( especially Yahir and I assume to be the manager, probably Robert? ) and able to give my order on time. I'm satisfied overall.
I give a star cuz google won’t let me given none. I could I would give them negative start. The cashier in the front she was extremely rude n refuse to provide me with her name. I came I had already place the other. And 30 minutes wasn’t even ready. I got bother cuz I walked in and for 15 mins nobody helped they just were goofing around. Then when they helped me my other was seating there the whole time. I got bother n I didn’t keep it from let it show. Than the cashier got mad n she said she didn’t care if I had a complain about it. I told her I had already Pat n she offer to give me my money back after almost 1 hr from the time I order my pizza.Where is the customer service
I had the 2 med pizza's delivered and the service is fast, hot and I can't repeat enough times....'Very, very yummy!!!! and that's to say the least. I'm not sure what new additives, or new ingredients they now are using but the flavor, the toppings and the service has bypassed "OUT OF THIS WORLD" I am a customer for life! Thank you Domino and all of the staff.
I would have given 5 stars but when I picked up my order I oddly had an extra pizza box (thought maybe I got a free pizza). I even asked if they were sure that was my order and they said yes. When I got home I opened all the boxes and the "extra box" had 1 slice of pepperoni and sausage pizza. Really disappointed have no clue if they think it's a funny joke or what. Not funny.
