2 females were rude, the guy making mine took too long, all melted and didnt even fill all my cup up. I paid with cash and put the change (only 2 pennies) in tip jar not really expecting a response and got a very sarcastic thank you as I walked out. Overpriced, rude, melted, should have just gone to rite aid....

I ordered my ice cream and told her my toppings... then before I pay I wanted to make sure she put the correct topping in it because I was Distracted talking to my friend when I asked her if she put the kitkat in there she said no I said why not she said because you only ask for walnuts and pecans I said no I asked for walnuts and in kitkat she rolls her eyes and goes and makes a different batch of ice cream. now when I want to pay I asked her if I can have the incorrect one for half the price she said no I could take it home later. Ummmm okay... so I cancelled both orders so she can take both home. Enjoy!
Ordered a caked 2 days in advance. Wasn't even finished 5 hours after the ready time.

First time there with my Girlfriend loved this place the Girl here named Sophia was so Sweet and nice and helpful she made us feel so special. She made me a Pineapple Mango smoothie was Great favor. God Bless
Man has it come to this, a 3.5 to 4 inch round ball of ice cream, half a banana and some Carmel topping really $8.50 now? The server was friendly, the place was clean but I'll not be able to afford luxuries like Cold Stone much longer
We came in tonight with a bigger group (7) and it wasn’t busy but the line was a little long after us , Sofie was amazing! Super sweet and patient! Appreciated her service ?
They close at 10:00 p.m. and at 7:30 p.m. they put out a sign on a Friday night closed for 10 minutes they were in there mopping and mopping I waited there for about 12 minutes walked back inside the mall to see if there was another ice cream place I've never been to Cold Stone so I came back and there was three more people waiting outside about 25 minutes later that's very poor customer service to have a sign on the door and to close down to clean up two and a half hours before you close for the night what kind of sense is that
