Great experience at this Chipotle. Very efficient and polite. Many large groups in front of us on a Saturday but didn’t wait long. They now have smoked brisket which looks to be amazing. All in all it was great meal with plenty of seating

This is the worst chipotle I have ever experienced! I ordered food through door dash and the dasher picked up the wrong order (NOT OUR FAULT) so door dash asked if we wanted to order from somewhere else or if we wanted the food we ordered from chipotle. We said please bring us the food we ordered. When the dasher tried to get my order Chipotle refused! They said they would not take our order! A couple of weeks later (present day) we tried to order from them again even though I said I wouldn’t order from them again, and we got a notification saying that they would not accept our order and then when I went back to check the status it said that Chipotle was closed. So I called the store and they were NOT closed! Idk if they flagged our account or what but whatever they did is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting! We will never order from chipotle again! Idk who runs the La Palma Chipotle on Orange Thorpe but you should be let go because we did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG! Treating us this way is so ridiculous. SHAME ON YOU!
Extremely small portions.Asked for brown rice and gave me a half scoop. Asked for more, they gave me quarter scoop more.Don't waste time here
The food was way too acidic, it left a bad taste in my mouth and it stayed there throughout the day even after I brushed my teeth
