Had the best service yesterday when I dined in for dinner! Scott was a great waiter. Very friendly and attentive!My son ordered the mac and cheese with corn on the side. For some reason the mac and cheese came out tasting bitter. Scott was understanding and took it back right away to get a new serving for my son. Second batch was great! According to my son.I ordered their brisket quesadilla and shared the fajitas with chicken and steak. The quesadilla was a hit! Very tasty and the brisket was delicious! The fajitas were ok. You definitely need to eat the steak right away or else it turns rubbery.For drinks I highly recommend the sunrise margarita! Very fruity and tasty. I loved it!5 stars for service and good food!
They were dealing with a church group of over 100 people on the other side of the restaurant.. all the other tables were full too and they treated us great and the service was excellent.. we loved it!Food was great and service awesome ! Thanks so chili's we'll be back

I sat myself in the open bar section.It was a 5 minute wait until the server asked for my order. ..after a change of personal shift, ten minutes, I started receiving my food. The food was good.However I asked several times to Turn DOWN THE AIRCONDITIONER, IT WAS NOT ABLE TO STOP, IT WAS EXCEPTIONALLY COLD, BELOW 60% VERY UNCOMFORTABLE.I heard other people guest also complaining about the coldness. .Also the payment system is NOT A HELPFUL FOR PAYING THE BILLING. .SIMPLY IMPROVE THESE RECOMMENDATIONS. Came here on the Sunday evening with my Family. It’s the first time we’ve been out since covid hit. We had an awesome experience. The food was incredibly delicious; the Service was beyond Phenomenal. The waitress taking care of us Justine was incredible, she smiled and made us feel welcomed , she was constantly checking in on us. Overall her Service alone put this particular location and the company over the top, I clouding of course the food. The wait time wasn’t too long, they told us 30mins but it was more like 15mins before we got seated. Overall excellent Experience, Outstanding Service, Delicious Food. Highly recommend for a night out to eat or a family dinner style night to enjoy.
Clean and had great service. I was shocked to realize that Chili's has now become more economical for a family than a trip to Carl's Jr. My last Burger from Carl's rang in at $10.98 (burger only, no combo).With Chilis 3 for $10 , I got a Caesar salad, a full-sized burger with a side of fries, and a soft drink with unlimited refills. It had been years since I had been here but was definitely pleasantly surprised to say the least. Service was quick and on point. We will be back again soon!

I go for the 2 for 25. it's bomb; I get the awesome blossom free chips. Because of my vip status or something. Then 2 entrees and a dessert. Look, I'm poor, so this place slaps.
Good food, little portions. Servers are good, just short staffed. Takes a while to get your order, especially take-out.
