I came at 9:30pm on a Friday night, and there were 2 extremely long lines in the drive thru. The wait wasn't long at all, the service was amazing. Everyone was super kind.Everyone is super professional here. I love it.
I came in today with my friend, he wanted to grab a bite & i wanted to but i couldn’t because i had a surgery two hours away, and i can’t eat for 8 hours prior. So my buddy was kinda teasing me in front of the cashier about food and me having surgery at that moment which was Steve Hollins the manager on the cash and after we sat down he came to me and gave me a couple of free meals for me after the surgery !! And that made my day actually , was such a genuine, and great act of humanity! Keep it up, Steve and the team !
Lazy employees don't want to do their job, came to get food with my family at 8 30 pm, we were kicked out because the cashier said their closed, sign clearly says closed at 11 pm. Do not come here
Stopped by to get ice cream cones for my girls and I. That vanilla soft serve is so creamy and refreshing! Of course we grabbed a couple of kids meals and a deluxe sandwich with fries for mom. Love how you can choose a dessert instead of a toy. Getting books for the kids are the best prizes. Everyone is always so friendly at the Buena Park location!
The staff here is always happy and polite and probably it's mostly due to the efforts of the manager Steve Hollins. The restaurant is very clean and the employees are always concerned about creating a relationship with their clientele. Often they make an effort to look you in the eye and say your name clearly during pickup (especially if you use the app). They are usually very efficient in completing your order and also considerate during the way. Every now and then they may forget to include your favorite sauce or an utensil, however, this is a rare occurrence. The drive thru is equally efficient and in Chick-filet-A style they have additional staff outside when busy to make sure things run smoothly. The food is typically prepared just as you expect and if things aren't right they will fix the situation accordingly. I always look forward to dining here especially during breakfast time to start the day off right and in a pleasant way.
Went to Buena Park chick fillet drive thru only to get ripped off. They have three girls talking and giggling handing the food at last window, if you have that many people at-least get the orders right!!! Have fun with your job and giggle all you want but don’t let customers down!!! I didn’t want to go back once I got home but I called the “we care line” to provide feedback, only to be left on hold for what I consider unprofessional time.
Very disrespectful employees tonight. Including the manager. They close at 11. I was in the long line wait at 1045. They did not take my order. I get to the window they told me they have no more food. Then I seen employees feeding a community of people in the parking lot. Sneaking food from the back door giving food to their friends. All I wanted was a salad and they claimed they were out.
Line moved super quick and the food was delicious! Love the milk shakes here too.
Had my usual chicken club with pepper jack cheese waffle fries and a nice size lemonade that's a good lunch right there.
This location is one of the most rude locations I have ever been too plus they don’t accommodate their customer like the ones in Utha. Overall very disappointed. When you order drinks, they fill it with ice. I had to get three refills while standing and waiting for food.
