My son wanted to take us out for my wife's birthday. He chose TGI Friday's It was a great choice. Onion Rings, burgers, it was all good as was the service. Can't wait till next year!
I had a very nice time, the staff was very pleasant and the establishment was nice and clean. I felt it was a tad expensive, but I'd be happy to return.

We came in today around 1pm. They gave us our food with no plates no utensils. We waited a few minutes and when no one came back to bring any we had to flag someone for plates and utensils. Waited another 10mins since our waitress never came back to check one us. Now I can understand if the place is busy but they weren’t at all! The food was horrible and so was the service. Finally flag down the manager to mentions about missing napkins and utensils. What he did is try to get someone else to bring us what we needed after again waiting for 5mins. Now these are not cheap food but we could have gone any McDonald’s place and I could’ve gotten a better service and food than TGIF!????????????
It was nice that TGIF was a short walk from the hotel. The service was fair at best and the order was wrong and came back wrong again even after they remade it.
Better option than waiting in line for 50 minutes, food was five but took it took 60 minutes to get. Staff were friendly.
I looked forward to eat with my Family at TGIF's for dinner when visiting Knotts Berry Farm for the Holidays..... well I wish I can say something good but I cant , it was a terrible experience . We waited for 30 min outside and some other people , hardly anyone inside not even full. The food , we ask for Burgers and the waiter asks how you want your meat cooked .... well it was dry and over cooked , fries dry and hard like if they were sitting there for a while. Grilled Chicken and Shrimp dinner a small piece and four shrimps with lots of Veggies oh yeah filler up with veggies....kids menu " Childish " ! literally getting up to get some refills waiter was lost..... so we came out paying easy $ 92.00 not satisfied and still hungry..... how can a place be runned and ignored so bad in a nice location......where is the manager ??? the Service ??? Sorry, never going back to this TGIF ..... maybe go to IHOP for more food and less Price ..
This place is owned by Knotts Berry so there is no Happy Hour and prices are expensive. Couldn't believe that a franchise would allow standard advertised offerings to not be offered at this establishment and it's outside knotts berry not inside the park.
No need for the salt shaker in this restaurant everything is overly salted and overpriced. TGI Friday's is more concerned about you were drink order than your food order most likely because they don't make any money out food they're making money off their booze sales.. Have all the wonderful places we have to die and I do not recommend TGI Fridays. 1☆ Star
