My family visited this location today. I placed an order and included the proper coupon codes up front in the drive thru and my order was still incorrect when received. I was overcharged and given something I didn't ask for. I can't comprehend how my order was incorrect when I repeated it twice. To make matters worse the employee (Destiny) did not honor what the coupon clearly stated in BIG BOLD LETTERS. She gave me something different all together complete with a nasty attitude. The employee is incompetent, inefficient and useless. The last thing I'm going to do is stand there and try to explain logic to someone beyond simple. If you are going to charge the public a ridiculous amount of money for a burger and fries at least hire people that can take an order correctly.
Went to Carl's this morning, and was charged 4 dollars for a combo that came with small fries and I decided to get OJ which was charged in the combo as a regular price. When I asked the cashier how much the small fries cost she said 2 something before tax. So why TF am I being charged almost 2 dollars extra for small fries?!?! They said they couldn't do anything about it. Smh. On top of that the fries were cold, and the bread used on the burgers was old, hard and dry. Please do not go here unless you want to be over charged and given bad food.
My girlfriend and I went over to Carl'l Jr on Tuesday early evening and we enjoyed her late lunch and I had my dinner and the food was great and we enjoyed our selfs
Says 24hrs, lights are on, but at 3:30AM, cones are in the drive-thru. Save the $6 in gas and avoid.
Good experience for the food that I ordered thru the Drive-thru. Good Service.
A great local Carl's Jr. Went through the drive through and it was a great easy process. I ordered the Really Big Carl combo. Everything was hot and delicious. I would recommend this Carl's Jr.
Good luck on your orders. It's correct about 50% of the time. Staff couldn't care less about order accuracy or completeness. Burgers made with toppings I asked to be removed or extra toppings not asked for, missing entrees from kids meals, missing orders of fries or onion rings, etc. I even stayed away from this location well over a year, only to have the same experience when I gave them another shot. Plenty of other places to eat in the area, so no need for me to try this location again.
Bad drive thru service. I was waiting for someone to take my order but no one did. Only 1 car was in front of me
It says 24 hours drive thru but when i went at 1:50 am and waited in the drive thru line for 10 minutes and after that i went to the window to see if they left a note saying that theyre closed for the night but then i saw a girl go to the lobby and stayed out of sight. I lost patience and decided to go to the front parking to let her know that i was still there and need to order but she went back inside and didnt show herself til i left.
Breakfast can be a bit slow for service. Drive thru is open late.
