Yikes. What a mess. This is the worst fast food places I've ever been.1. Service is slow, even when it's not busy (It took them 15 minutes to make one sandwich)2. The beverage machine didn't work even though they knew about it and still charged me for a drink.3. The cashier can't speak English so you have to order by saying a menu number (seriously, if you have a front facing position, being able to communicate with clients is important)4. The food itself was dripping wet with grease which tells me they don't clean their kitchen at all.5. The portions are small. They charged me $11 for a sandwich and a drink that I could have gotten across the street at the gas station for $6.I really hope this places closes soon because it's no way worth it.
couldn't get past the grumpy lady at the counter and had to leave before ordering. the other reviews are 100% right. ive never lost my appetite for carls so quickly over such poor customer service. it seemed like such an inconvenience for her that i wanted a burger, which is really strange because it was during the lunch hour and i was the only one there. this place must be on the verge of closing down because there's no way my experience was possible.
O stars Customer service lol joke there was 1 person in line and waited for 30 minutes not kidding.thet.were out if soda all flavors and mgmt was a complete joke .no manners .dirty looking unbathed. They act like the sauce is coming out of their own pockets! What the hell is that, they gave me mean looks for asking for 2 salsas!!! I am embarrassed to come here

Quick service in lunch time
Took forever to take order. Food was okay. Didn't hear them call number when it was finished
I may be off but it seems like the staff is not very friendly if you don't speak Spanish. I've observe them help Spanish speaking customers with a different attitude.
