Ordered online and the app keep crashing and made a mistake on my order which I own up to but asked politely if it can be changed and wouldn't mind paying the difference but the employee Will was not understanding what I asked for. I needed my fries separate from the wings. The manager Wayne came and help me but had a attitude doing so. Food is great here but needs better employees when it comes to that section. Also I still didn't get my fries separated.

Walked in and sat down at 4:40, into a pretty empty BWW. No servers or waitresses around until after 5 telling everyone "sorry, happy hour is over" no problem we just wanted soft drinks, got our drinks and ordered our appetizer and main orders at the same time. Fast forward 25 mins, still no food and empty drink cups. Finally at 5:34 we get our food and it's cold. Ruined dinner and we left soon after. This BWW was "the place to be" yrs ago. Those days are gone now.
Ordered food ahead of time for to go, once I got there my girlfriend decided she wanted to sit & eat. The manager Jessica was extremely rude when she explained to us that we couldn't dine in we only had 2 options to sit outside or take it to go like we ordered. We come to this location frequently and have never been treated this way. Also another one of her employees was very rude with me. I asked for a plate and forks and she was bothered she had to go to the back for it They do not have great customer service at all like they use to! I would give it no star if I could.
The place was pretty empty and my Food still took about 30 minutes to come out, and my food felt like it was sitting there for a while. I kept seeing them gather around and hang out. They didn't bring me utensils, napkins , and they never came around to see if we needed refills or anything. I don't like to leave bad reviews , but I brought my wife here for the first time and it was pretty disappointing. It seem to me like one of those situations where while the cat is away , the mice will play. Hopefully the attentiveness improves because it's lacking for sure. And they kept saying their system was down so even when I asked for the check, I had to wait like a hostage because i coudnt leave. Waited for about 25 minutes for it to be up and running. Very disappointed to say the least, at least at this location.
Will not go back took out order to go, our foods was cold. The fries were cold and the boneless wings had no sauce, also they were hard. Should of gone somewhere else for the price.
I have been waiting since around December 16th for a response. Spent a little over 100 dollars for the worst food and service I ever had, and all I have gotten was sorry please come and spend more money and maybe you will have a better experience. I can tell that bww does not care about there customers. Really sad.
The wait time wasn't terrible because they had the tabletops at the bar open, but they're either severely understaffed or the staff just lacks attentiveness.Our food took almost 45 minutes to come out. We were not given napkins. We didn't get refills on out drinks. I never got the sweet n low for my iced tea like I asked. And the picture of my side salad speaks for itself... if it doesn't, let me explain that I got lettuce and carrots. There were no other items in the salad and the ranch wasn't even on there, I had to take it from the appetizers.
Poor experience. The food took a long time to arrive. We were given no plates, silverware, or drink refills. Most beers were unavailable. We had to get our own silverware from the service station, and we had to use our napkins to hold our food, because we were told there were no plates available at all. We asked for more napkins and drink refills but we never received them. The bathrooms were closed, which made it more uncomfortable overall. Buffalo Wild Wings generally has a higher standard of service, food quality, and cleanliness.
I have never been a big fan of their wings or venue. I went with friends & it took a while for a server just to get our drink order. Food took forever which I know is not fine dinning, but the menu is pretty basic. The chicken tenders were good, but disappointed with the onion rings. The location was busy & full so I understand a lot food service venues are short staffed.
